There was quick spawns in the mod and people would still hop servers to clear out barracks. I personally find the bigger issue with people server hoping to move up behind you during drawn out firefights, that happened to me quite often in the mod. The only solution i see truly working is giving a random spawn(with all your gear) if you change server a couple of times in 15 minutes.

They could just spawn you in at a random location if you change servers, problem solved. Now where my peace prize.
