    Issues that should be addressed before release

    Sorry buddy, I've been around and reading for quite a while, I just hadn't had a reason to make an account until recently. I normaly stick around the reddit group. I just wanted to get this as wide spread as possible.
  2. This post is meant to gather some of the core issues me and my group have come up with that aren't all necessarily bugs or glitches, and see if the community generally agrees. Also to see if we could get some dev responses as to whats planned for these issues or what they think of the suggestions. Death / Respawning: Bodies disappear before you can get anywhere near them and respawning simply doesn't work. Plus, when you use the alternative to respawning (exiting) it's nearly impossible to find what server you were in because pressing play simply brings you to the server selection menu, and if you try the history tab, which isn't organized in any comprehensible manner, you are forced to guess from a list of every server you've ever played on (will we ever see that in order of the most recent servers joined? Could be helpful to have down the line) Blood: I absolutely love the new blood system, you really have to be considerate and careful of how your getting your blood, but seriously, how f'n hard is it to find a blood testing kit? If the medkit comes with a bloodbag and a iv start kit, why wouldn't a blood test kit be included? It's only logical, and theres no need for two rolls of bandages in the medkit anyhow. Guns: Whats up with all the m4'S? They should be a rarity but they have about as much worth as the US dollar at the moment. This can be said about any gun in the game (excluding the .357, where the hell did the dev's hide that thing? ). Sure if you ask a new player that hasn't figured out all the inns and outs they will exclaim its insanely hard to find guns, but me and a group of experienced friends saw upwards of 10 guns on a trip from Balota to NWAF. 10 guns in less than an hour,that seems a bit ridiculous. I feel that guns should be a great enough rarity that people would be willing to trade almost anything they have to get there hands on one. Ammo: Same thing that was stated in #1 can be said about ammo. on that same trip with my group we found enough different types of ammo to fill 1 and a half ammo boxes (nearly 400 rounds of ammo). That is plenty enough ammo for me to go around shooting people without the fear of running out. Cheating (Combat Logging / Loot Farming): These I feel, do not need much explanation, and from my understanding are already being worked on, but the sooner we can stop people from simply pressing "exit" as soon as they realize they're in a dangerous situation, the better. Also, its far too easy to log out near barracks and jump to a virgin server to be instantly gratified, and it can be done as many times as desired. Closing: Before down-voting and screaming that "guns should spawn more!" and "They should spawn with ammo so we can deathmatch easier!" please, please realize that this is meant to be a survival-horror game. It has gotten so much praise from it's punishing nature and the feeling it gives you. There was a time where when you came near death your heart started racing because you knew that it had taken three punishing 1-4 hour sessions to get your awesome, worn rifle, awesome survivor clothes, crazy sized backpack, ect. I for one truly believe we can get that emotional tie back, if we don't lose direction and try to fit as many barracks on the map as physically possible, that is. (P.S. if there are any other suggestions or obvious issues that I missed, I would love to see them in the comments. This is an alpha and as much suggestions / constructive criticism as possible should be appreciated)
