wtf comic sans?

I always hated in the mod helicopters with m249s, too overpowered and so stupid in this context. I thought that They should delete m249s and let players shoot with their gun. With this, players will have a really bad aim and helis will become mostly a means of transport and not a war machine. Sorry for horrible english but I wanted to share this and look what people think :)

I thinks it's impossible with this engine... And anyway, this isn't The Sims, devs need to do news models and then we're good.

Guys, you're going a little OT... The original suggestion was to delete every type of guns from helis and let players shoot with their guns (M4s, Mosins, etc.) from helis, that's all. Why in a survival game we should have military helicopters with M240s full of projectiles? And why people should shoot at other people with them?! It's so stupid and useless IMHO. That's the problem man, Rocket said that helicopters will come back in SA. I don't want to see again kids shooting like Rambo from them only to annoy other people, so we need to find a good solution for all. OHOHOHOOHOH, that would be awesome. TOH Helis are really hard to fly, they will become like a suicide machine for most players!

Sorry, I mean M240s! The guns in the helicopter. If a player has a gun, then he can shoot with it from the heli, but without any of them you can't

Are you serious? In a zombie apocalypse you would run like an idiot trough a city, or shooting at them staying nearly theme? In the mod, when zombies became a problem (Around patch 1.7.4 maybe) if you didn't sneak you would've died. This is not a CoD.

I found a solution! If I set the graphic settings to default, and then I re-set resolution and all my settings I get 60+ FPS in forests... That's really strange

Sometime I get 20 fps in forests from 0.37 update! WTF In 0.35 I always got 60+FPS in forests :\

Today i was in Elektro to find some loots, I went in a house and I saw something out. There was 2 full geared players which saw me. They stood near the door and when I figured that I would've died If I would get out, I said in chat "I'M COMING OUT, I'M FRIENDLY AND I DON'T WANNA HURT YOU". It worked. They let me go away. Friendly people exist

For a long rage it isn't, for a normal weapon maybe something like 2-3 hours. Anyway, it's really too easy to find M4s

I do it too! Yesterday I was in Elektro and a full geared guy tried to shOot me with a M4. I took cover and I shout like 20 times "FRIENDLY DON'T SHOOT, FRIENDLY DON'T SHOOT......"

Name's Pao, I played the mod a lot and now I'm enjoying the standalone! I'm friendly with everyone, but if someone looks dangerous I try to avoid him, I don't like to shoot anyone! I shoot only for emergencies :) Hope to see ya guys in game!

I wanted to meet a friend so I asked to a group to kill me, but obv they try to handcuff me. Notice how I tried to escape from them. And then it crashed In the end I was talking in italian because I was on skype with a friend, sorry

Hi, I'm playing DayZ since first build and yesteday I bought SA, awesome game! Anyway, after 10 minutes of gameplay I found a survivor who killed me with an hatchet, just for kill someone. DayZ is a survival\ co-op\PvP game, ok, but not entirely a PVP game! I like bandits\heroes system, but since 1 year it's almost impossible to find a player who isn't a bandit. I had this idea like a month ago, you should include a malus\bonus system based on humanity and not only a different skin. -If someone wants to kill every survivors because he thinks this is a FPS, he should get a malus like slow movements or slow reloading, or again some strange visual like injuries in Fallout, although it will be a psychical thing. -If someone wants to help other people, he'll get some bonuses like a faster reloading or thing like that. I think this should help to improve the cooperation in the game, for now it's better to kill someone instead of helping him. Anyway, take only the maluses\bonuses I said are really bad and useless, I don't have any idea :\ What do you think?

Realism? Please.... In a zombie apocalypse everyone will try to kill other people? I don't think so. Someone yes, but not all the world! Come on! For now KSO is a big problem of DayZ and who wants to play it, without killing every survivor or doing the good guy\hero, can't because of this people. It's a realistic game but it isn't reality.
