This isn't a troll before I get accused, I currently cannot see my cursor on the game, which currently makes it unplayable, can some tell me how I can fix this please?

How do I use my mouse cursor to click buttons on the menu? At the moment it's driving me insane having to use my keyboard. I can't change my fps settings due to drop down menus which I can't access due to using my keyboard. Then although my mouse works In game as in aiming, I don't have a cursor on my inventory to move stuff? I'm sorry if I sound like a noob, my PC gaming is limited, and I never played the mod. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Right this may sound stupid but how do i interact with the menu, using my cursor? currently I have to use my keyboard and I can't change any settings because of it
