Go to Controls, and turn Mouse Smoothing all the way down. That will really help with the "snappiness" of the controls. When smoothing is on, it feels really sluggish and aiming is much more difficult.
Um... the lead dev in the program is basically saying "don't get this game." This doesn't really sing well with those of us who already have, are doing OK with it, and are appreciating it for what it is. Maybe try having a little more faith in your program, if for nothing more than the people who have already spent money on it.
You'd think it would be possible to trace your variables, see when all players (and vehicles, probably) died (or had alive value set to 0) and see who the only player was who was alive (or set to 1).
The food, drink, and unconscious system is so completely F'd up, I don't even have any will to play. Not until they fix it. I mean, do YOU want to run around, collect a bunch of stuff, but never find a Can Opener, and just die?
