i'm not insulting any other members of this community i just want to warn them, that Battleye appearently goes rampage on non hackers maybe just to "Accomplish" some numbers in banned ppl or something Oh and i did contact battleye "support" multiple times they didnt respond and they obviously don't respond intentionally since i only got an automated message stating i'm guilty by default without even hearing me out

oh you think this is funny right? You maybe think i will give up right? But you know what? I will NOT let them go through with this while your kind of fucktards blindly accept everything Battleye says like they are your Omnipotent god of games or something. I don't care if BI is not responsible for any bans issued by stupid Battleye i PAYED money for this game wich comes with responsibilities to grant access to the product i bought and you just can't prevent that without ANY REASON! And that's the point they just banned me without any reason i wrote to battleye support for ages and until this very day i didn't get a single god damn reason why i'm possibly banned and that means you just took my money without any recompense (it's called stealing btw) and hurt my rights as customer with this kind of behaviour and i'm going to repeat myself: I WILL NOT LET THEM COME THROUGH WITH THIS! And you should side with me like it is expected from a social community to help those ones who got victim of injustice.

Oh i can give you an update about the current state: The current state of hacking seems to be so desperate that even non-hacking people like me gets banned, good job Bohemia and Battleye you managed to fuck this up somehow...

Hi guys, i'm the proof that battleye bans people without any reason and i know i'm not the only one and i know aswell that none of you believe me this because none of you consider that Batlleye can make mistakes right? So i have to ask you but one question: Is Battleye some kind of god to you, you know the kind of god who knows everything and is perfect in any way? Look Battleye don't seem to even have to give any evidence about my ban not towards me and not even towards BI how can this be? Don't you think thats unfair? i don't have any opportunity to proof i'm innocent and noone can help me, how can this be? Think about it. I believe now Battleye is giving away random bans, because i never cheated in any way and i never abused a single bug in any way you just have to believe me in this and there is no evidence that i'm a cheater they just ban me and throw me this ridicoulus line towards me: so that means they can do what they want and noone can even see the evidence right? How can you confirm that the ban is rightous? How can you say that i'm a liar while Battleye is doing this kind of bullshit? I know noone of you can help me on this because it's battleye but dont you see that this is the problem? It is your game and still you have no control about who get banned and why? How can this be?

So this new update is quite nice and stuff, but why are zombies not mentioned anywhere? I mean it should have the highest prority now and i'm not angry about nothing changed this patch but i'm a little bit dissappointed about there is no official further information about the state of development in fixing the zombies and improving overall server-performance or do i miss anything?

In case someone still care about this:

The game has improved a lot since december lots of bugs were fixed, ok some new were added too (spraycans) , new items added to the game a whole new town added to chernarus too, no complaints so far ^^. About player movement: i only play on hardcore server so i don't know ^^, oh and hardcore servers (3pp:off) were introduced as new subhive ;)

I really don't understand why here are so many people complaining about not finding loot, i played on quite a number of servers to entirely different times (over 150 Hours of in-game time btw) and i never never ever found absolutely no loot anywhere the only reason why a starved a couple of times was because i navigated blindly through the wilderness and didn't found a town fast enough ^^. And besides if you stay on one server for over 30-60 Minutes you are absolutely ok to hop to the next server to play another 30-60 Minutes there, i don't think they will add a waiting time for that. The fix for combat loggers is also much appreciated i've waited a long time for that patch to come by :)

You sir, didn't understand the game in ANY way it's not solely about loot (besides loot spawns everywhere not just in Balota/Cherno/Elektro *protip*) and you can have fun everywhere, the game is constructed around our imagination, no matter where you spawn as soon you are in game you start to write your story and when you die it's over, so when you go ahead and commit suicide you basically end the game immediatly thats not the way i prefer to play. Players who just play this game to "running around to the best loot or spots" are just fuckwiz with no own creativity to me. I like to spawn in Solnichiny btw it's a great place to be you have very easy access to the inland through three valleys, Msta, Dolina or you can go through Berenzino (great loot location btw) and explore the new Town that was just added to the game and there is still the NEAF somewhat near. When you are playing DayZ you will have to invest some time to play, because DayZ is not a game about instant action (at least to me it's not) it's more about patience, surviving and the story of your character (whatever you decide it is). What i want to say is that you destroying your game experience yourself by setting a goal wich is too hard to reach (immediatly want the most rare items, immediatly want to meet upwith person XY on the other side of the map), ofcourse it's always your decision but don't complain about how hard it is then ^^.

hmm.. that's weird i know it's alpha and stuff but how is BI verifying that they even have servers where ppl can play the game? Or did they just hope that anyone will host enough servers and if not then it's not their problem anyway?
