I know, but I don't have high gamma in nvidia control panel. if I turn it further down, everything else on my screen will have low gamma. Like when i'm playing other games, or using facebook for that matter. What should the gamma be in nvidia control panel? Or can I make changes only for overlaying games?

My goal isn't to prevent the "gamma fix". If my screen actually showed darkness and not something from an old tv without signal, it would be alright. The whole screen is flimmering and going crazy when it's dark. It's probably because I had high gamma before the update, and now that I can't reduce the gamma i'm cursed with the "gamma fix". I love playing on dark servers and my point is that i want to turn gamma DOWN.

How do I fix the "anti-gamma" now that I cant do it in game? I have changed it in the "USERNAME_settings.DayZProfile". I set it to 0.5 and it's still the same. For me it's alot worse than the picture shown above.

Hey, I have one problem and one question. Problem: I'm having trouble connecting to any 0.63 server. I really don't know if it's because i'm not doing it while the servers are live or it's something wrong with my gamefiles. Question: When will 0.63 release?

Hey, I can play every gamemode and map in the dayzmod, but not dayz vanilla. I dont know what I can do to fix this. I have googled and read alot of "fixes" without them working for me. I get the "session lost"-message. I have just uninstalled dayzlauncher, dayz mod, arma 2 and arma 2 oa from steam. When I downloaded them again, I couldnt even start arma 2 oa. Can someone please give me some tips on how to fix this ...

"Bad version, server rejected connection" This message pops up when the game opens after trying to join a server. It also shows me a message from, either Playwithsix or Dayzcommander that the mod is running in another version. When I sometimes DOES get all the way through the loading screen and stuff, is says "Authentication time out". WTF is this shit? Haven't play in a while so I can't find any recent posts on the issue. Haaaaalp pls haaalp.

I read somewhere, that they fixed this in the first patch.

I loot every building I come across.. Could high ping maybe interact with the loot spawning?

There is plenty of loot. Too much infact. Plenty? I have played this game since it got released, I don't see plenty of loot. Maybe you're playing the mod still.

It seems like all the stores are emtpy, and there is generally a small amount of items to loot. Barracks at balota has low value loot, like shoes and maybe a magazine. Is this going to change after a few patches or is this the new standard? You also need more tools and stuff in the standalone, like sharp tools and can opener to eat canned food. When they implement more needs, they should also turn up the amount of loot. I have heard there is alot of weps and stuff at NWAF. But It's near impossible to find one, and have they removed the "waypoint" option? Like when you "Hold shift + left click". Hope they fix this soon. Thank you in advance .
