    Cant hear in game VOIP or text

    I found myself on iamSp00ns stream, and I tried to communicate with him thru text, I looked at the stream and he heard my text, and he typed back but I couldent see his text, we were right next to each other. I then saw on stream he tried to VOIP to me and I couldent hear it. I then tried this w my group, and they could see my text, and my voice, but I could not see there text, or hear there voice. Specs : I5 3770 GTX 650 TI 8 GB RAM ~ Let me know what else you need tl;dr Cant see other people text or VOIP.
