Your question #2 just screams combat logging or server hopping to everyone. Personally I think it would be awesome if there were a 10 second countdown ANY time you want to log out.

Dude, did you read his post in its entirety? He was a floor above them. It is a glitch in the game. How does he avoid zombies hitting him from a different floor? Getting hit was clearly a glitch, but he does have a point. If you can tear up a shirt for rags, why not all clothes? That doesn't make much sense.

I fully support this idea! This would be great and would actually contribute to the realism of the game. This thread needs to get exposure. It may not happen for a long time, but it is very deserving of being up for consideration at the very least.

They just added some anti-cheating software and you may be an unfortunate recipient of a false-positive. Just file a bug-report and see what happens. Resist the urge to do the typical gamer thing and start to rage about it. The game is going to have bugs. This may just be one of them. At least hopefully that is what it is. File your bug report and see what happens.

While I do think just about everything comes on too quickly there is something people don't realize. When you drink and your [Thirsty] goes away. That doesn't mean you are "full". It just means that you are not thirsty. The same would go with food. I don't know what the number is, but for example lets say the [Thirsty] comes one when your water is at 30% (completely made up), then you go drink X ml of water. It may bring you up to 40%, 50%, but you are not fully quenched. You are just at a point where your body doesn't tell you "Hey, I am thirsty." At least that is how I understand it. I could be COMPLETELY wrong.

I think you're missing some key aspects on your analogy there though. This thread is asking the development team to spend time devoted to catering to a very very small amount of people in reality. Your analogy would be more like the artist telling his small startup company that he needs to have time during the day and a space to do his paintings in.

This is the worst damn example people use all the time. Streamers may bring in people, but streamers do not play shitty games. They games they play are games that are popular. There is a reason why DayZ streamers have so many viewers right now over the guys streaming WarZ. DayZ is already a quality game and its presence on Steam alone does a hell of a lot more than any person streaming the game will. I will go out on a limb and say that very few people out of the total sales of any game discovered it on Twitch or any other streaming site. For example. Right now I just looked on Twitch. DayZ has around 30,000 people viewing streams. 15,000 of those are watching LIRIK. The top like 5-6 people account for 26,000 of those views. So when you are saying streamers like it is a major swath of people you are asking to put measures into the game which affect about 5-10 in reality we will even say 50 people to account for the others with over 200 people watching. Streamers may be fun to watch, but lets not perpetuate this idea that they are a massive group of people because it absolutely is not.

This is a great idea. In theory it wouldn't take that much to make this happen as far as coding it goes would it? I mean hell I would even be down for just making the default be to eat all. When I eat it is usually the whole container anyway because I just get hungry again in 10 minutes if I don't.

Are you sure this couldn't have been desync? That is happening a lot right now with the game. I wouldn't cry hacker this early on. That is just me. I don't know what you specifically saw though.
