I wish i had the time to find the threads where we warned all you first person only babies that "hardcore" servers would die slowly before ever even making it to full release. Same thing happened in the mod, "hardcore" is bad because the first person view is god awful, as is the 3rd person view but at least that doesnt give me motion sickness.

This. If pooping adds more strategy to the game, needing to find a safe place to shit, timing, etc. Then why wouldn't you add sleeping? Needing sleep is the first thing I think of facing the zombie apocalypse. So why don't the devs add sleeping? Because it's boring. We can assume our characters sleep when we're offline, so why can't we also assume they shit offline.

I'm sure the development team already has plans for this but I just wanted to talk about it. I really hope that later on when a zombie kills something (animal or human) that it takes some time to feast on the corpse. Would be lame if they just killed you and ran on to the next victim. They are doing this to eat after all!

Then why should this game cater to YOUR playstyle? Obviously fast restarts are what people want if there are more of those servers than what you're looking for. (Which is what by the way?)

Didn't read your post, or anyone elses posts, but i think the answer is when the game is in beta. Then it's "ITS BETA DUDE, OF COURSE ZOMBIES ARENT DONE" then when the game is "fully released" it's "DUDE, THE GAME JUST CAME OUT. DON'T EXPECT ZOMBIES TO BE PERFECT"

I bet you we will be able to poop in a well but we wont be able to posion it, or contaminate it with corpses

I hope that when there are more zombies, zombie hordes roaming the country side, that they will also be attracted to the animals. Would be cool to see a horde of zombies chasing a herd of sheep.

These weapons are used for hunting for a reason. You of course can't hit someone (consistently) with an arrow from 300m away like you can a rifle and there's the reload time that can be troublesome, but if you're hit with an arrow, especially from a crossbow, you're going to die unless you get to a hospital and have surgery. Michigan here. We have seasons for deer with the crossbow but year round you can kill garbage fish with just about anything you want lol You probably didn't get a kill shot in the heart or other major organs. It may not have died immediately but if you're friend didnt sever it's throat it would have suffered and bled out within a day. Imagine in DayZ you're a deer. That deer you hit didn't have access to conventional medical supplies in a hospital just as we don't in DayZ.

I see you bashing the crossbow all over this forum. Not trying to sound cocky but have you ever used one IRL? They are very deadly. Using a broad head you can expect to kill just about anything (or anyone) with one hit from the torso to the head. It's going to go straight through you and leave an exit wound the size of a golfball. Not to mention how insanely accurate these weapons are. I've shot 12lb carp out of the river when they were 4-5 feet under water. Nearly cutting them in half and still getting stuck in the sand beneath them.

you should have told them you needed help and were friendly. then when they entered the building you should have greeted them with a bullet to the head. maybe they had morphine after all.

sorry you're having this problem. You would think someone could help a brother out and just simply reset your character. not like you're a paying customer or anything....
