Romulus (DayZ)

So here is my issue. I was playing with my brother, i had to step away from the computer for a bit so as any sane person, i logged and when i returned, joined a server (not the same one) and i found myself on the coast with a flashlight w/ battery. Shocked at this i thought maybe it had to do with the different versions on the different servers like i had read on other threads,at first i had went through all of the servers in my history, same coast spawn, so i tried two other servers, same results. I am okay with losing my gear, not so worried about that, but i would like to know if anyone has had this happen?

well i enjoy the game, and it didnt get me to stop playing or anything. later that same day i got back on and the same thing happened to my brother only difference is he was knocked out, woke up, bandaged himself, glitched, relogged and new spawn.

Yeah it's just a bug, and by the poll count, i'll assume is happening to a lot of people but not everyone, even though i don't want to we'll just have to wait for them to fix this.

haha i thought maybe that was the issue at first because my brother made that mistake last night, i wish that was the case haha.

Exactly what i thought but i didn't want to be wrong. However this is what happened to me.

Just the default settings on the filter. No idea about others but i had got off for 5 minutes to attend to something but as i got back, the server list appeared empty, i thought maybe it was me so i went through the trouble of making sure my files are correct.
