Heads up when you walk around in it, its a bit buggy. I was in there as a fresh spawn with an axe, and got warped to the very top of the boat. When I looked around there was another player with the exact same layout as myself standing up facing a wall blair witch style. I walked over and axed him in the head, and he takes off running around in circles, then eventually ran down some steps and fell over dead. About 2 seconds later I died where I was standing for no reason. Ended up spawning at the city closest to the boat and ran back to where I was. My body was gone, but his body was there and when I looted it all of the items were exactly where mine where. So im pretty sure my character got duplicated, I axed it, and we both died.

Wtf are you talking about? My house was full of FAL's, PkP's, M14's and ammo to go along. As well as backpacks, bandages, food, water, and night vision goggles. I wouldnt consider that stuff I would never use.

Non KoS players would rather sit around a camp fire with the other 39 people on the server and talk about how cool their gear is. Comparing baked bean can amounts, and passing around a bottle of vitamins. Sharing stories of the one or two zombies they killed in the last 15 hours. so much fun.

I believe its due to the weather cycle reloading. I noticed at the NWAF that the trees and bushes blow in the wind, which seems to be on a loop that resets every 1-3 mins. When the cycle resets I get a short burst of lag/freezing.

war z had a decent system even though the game was trash. if i remember correctly you had a 30 min timer for each server after you logged. If you logged in before the 30 mins was up then it placed you like 2000 meters away. It wouldnt prevent the alt + f4 thing, but it would prevent the people from switching servers to better their position and coming back to shoot you in the face.

Honestly if you are new to this game the most important thing to do is to start recognizing specific buildings in the cities. The schools will always have a mix of guns ammo food water and misc items. The hospitals will always have food water and medical supplies. The hangers will always have ammo and gun parts and clothing items. The big green buildings, fire stations, barracks, air traffic towers will always have weapons weapon parts and other high value items.

Its very possible. That where the term 1 in the chamber comes from. You load a full mag and then stick a round in the chamber before inserting the mag. Its a normal practice for home defense weapons, as you get whatever the mag holds +1 worth of stopping power.

Step 1: Join PvE server with a group of buddies. Step 2: Walk around and find a group of PvE weenies with some awesome gear. Step 3: Mow them down and take their gear for a normal PvP server.

I think what I have gathered from all of this is instead of killing a fresh spawn on sight, I should talk to him or her and help them find supplies in the city. Eventually we will come across some sort of weapon for them to defend themselves, and thats when you need to put a few slugs in their back. That way they have wasted even more time than if I just shot them when they spawned in. Another plus would be me helping myself to all of the food and water they found for me.
