  1. In reality you would need to "check your pockets" even if you had fully loaded magazines to your guns. There is no "Press R to Reload" when you have magazine to your weapon in real life. Do you remember Tuco, on Breaking Bad series? He died because he panicked to fill his M4 with the magazine he had. This is it. If you are organized, then you could press "R" even for chambering bullets. Punishment for not having found a magazine? Why? I've found a weapon, isn't this a good thing? Why punish the weapon user even more than just being able to shot one bullet every 2 secs since he have to chamber pressing a single button every time? Thanks to @Jexter since he completely understood what I was trying to say here.

    Match Sticks

    Hello guys, how are you doing today!? Well I'm here to post a fabulous idea, and it is!~ Tadããã~ Put the match sticks that are already in-game to work! The deal is : So, night time has arrived, the servers don't restart anymore since loot respawn turn into a reality [Oohh~] You poor flashlight keeps clipping through walls and you don't want to give away your position from kilometers, then you find yourself some match-box! [OMG!] Then you get the match sticks from it, put then on fire, and light up your way! Even throw the sticks around the area to light up the floor for a while [something like, 10 seconds or less] or better if you manage to find a Ash Wood (that is in-game too) you set it on fire, so you get yourself a shinny and beautiful torch! [Huláhláh!] And as the Exp. is taking long time to come, put this too on it. I would really appreciate it! Cya next time!

    I would like to see the game translated for other languages. Not everyone knows English neither Russian.

    Oh yeah, great ideas being overflow in this place! Nice one @Frozenjaws :) I imagined my character wearing a nice scarf with some badass gear. It would look awesome too!

    2 Guns and put on my back

    I agree with 2 weapons on the back of the character... Man, we carry an axe on our back. If you guys are trying to talk about reality here to disapprove this idea then we shouldn't even use the axe on the back, just weapons like the baseball bat. Anytime you fall to the ground with an axe on your back, I'm pretty sure that the thing will get ugly. So, I think two fire arms on the sides of your backpack is more then safe to people to carry. But yeah, you will surely walk a little bit slower. An unrealistic situation though would be this \/.

    Match Sticks

    My real though on this is to have another source of light, when we couldn't find any gas canisters. You know, night time is pretty black on its top moment. So any light source would be just fine. This is nice, kerosene should be added to the game too when torches came.

    Fireplaces by end of april?

    Just be patient guys, no need to worry, we were worried about when DayZ would come out and now freaking worried about the updates. But just be patient, not every things goes as we want, this is an issue that we all have in life. And the only thing that the hype on waiting for updates are showing me, is that the game is a great success and you guys are loving it. So you guys wait anxiously for the new stuff to be up and some of us [players] go nuts about it... But, ok, it will surely come to us. And when fireplaces and other great stuff come, it will be awesome.

    The Sporter is NOT useless

    As the video says, "it could take out a person from a fight". If the Sporter was a little bit more powerful and could on 1-shot let a person unconscious, it would be of great use... Today I experienced it for the first time and the first thought I had was to call out some friends, and do some shooting on a far city, or in the jungles, just for fun, because surely this gun wouldn't kill on even 2 shots. ( 3 shots on zombies heads to kill them. )
  10. You can't jump over the "new" stone formations in the new board lands cities in the game. So you cannot camp on the top of it, and if you try to vault you just get stuck in the stones. So, YES for the Jumping like a tasty bunny feature!. Ps.: This game surely needs more fast paced action to it! If you wanna be sneaky as a ninja, you got to be fast and fluid on your actions!~JustSaying.

    @Geckofrog7 Yeah man, you got a point and I wasn't thinking about that kind of situation since I play mostly solo. But what if the "image/rec" of your body was from the top of it, like on the DayZ S.A. launching trailer when the girl commits suicide?     10 Second Replay Upon Dying

    F#$%@ The Reality[notatall] and "This is not a shooter". My guess is that it's a game, and as a game, seeing you character dead/death is great since we random re-spawn on a gigantic map. First time I played DayZ on the Mod, I seriously found that "Black - You are dead screen" just annoying. I kind of wanted to see what happened to my body after being murdered. [The player who killed me done what after kills me? The Zombie who kill me, ate my body? How have was the animation of myself falling to the floor?]. This is a game, and I think that's an awesome idea, seeing 10/5 secs of death rec, dot.

    So be it! Let DayZ New York come out. Ahahahaha!!!! I would love to explore some underground rail-road. But the light system will need to be better then the actual DayZ [see "anything" in night without NVG sucks]

    Sounds and surroundings

    I was digging in the Youtube checking out some awesome videos of DayZ and Arma 3. Then I saw, this video and maaan I got to say, just these details would create a really more intense feeling and atmosphere to the game. This is the video.   15. They are invisible too sometimes, SupahZombies with SupahPowahs from Kenya[TheyRunAsF!@#]! My idea from zombies is the slow one that walk in crowds and when u see one down, you can get grabbed on the foot because they are not really dead, just lying on the floor. Also It would be awesome to tear apart the zombies corpses. Yeah, mutilation would be great!

    Two Handed Flashlight, Why?

    Hello guys, I saw that the Devs are working on the melee weapons now, and one thing makes me annoyed when I fresh spawn on the game with just the flashlight in hands... The thing is... I cannot punch zombies and see where they are D:. you know, I can't have my flashlight on one hand, and do some punching in the eye of the zombies with one of my arms, because god said that "Men needs to hold tah flashlight tight with their two hands!" And so it goes when I have a pistol, why I can't have a pistol in one hand, and have my flashlight in other? I suggest to the awesome developers of DayZ (This game is f***king addictive, even on it's Alpha o_O') to put two hands, on the inventory, instead of just one, you know... this probably would solve the problem! :D. (Sure, there is loads of details I've jumped, like the trouble it would give to the animators and scripters, and shit. But this is my suggestion.) Cya guys.

    Yeah man, i forgot to mention this, why not put the flashlight on the straps of the backpack as a attachment depending on the backpack you have.
  19. What other challenges do we have now in this game? Surviving is too easy, and we almost don't even see zombies, for now, DayZ is about killing people or making them prisoners. Sure you can be the good guy, and shoot people who begins a fight, if you are a good sniper you can gain some time for unarmed people to run from bandits. But the thing is... This is an end of the world simulator, everybody wants to live and don't take risks on their lives. So... KoS them all, be stealthy as hell, back stab everyone who is in your way, and then, successfully stay alive, no shame on playing the game as it has to be played. And all this tension is what brings the sensation of playing DayZ.

    You know what? It would be nice to see bikes and binoculars in-game, running around the entire world sucks, why not show us in the Bike the idea you guys from DayZ SA want to bring to the game vehicles. I heard that you guys wanted to make something like shooting from inside the vehicles in movement, why not let us drive the bike and shoot with pistols? :D I think it would be great to test/early-improve and have these features in-game on it's current phase.

    every server is dark

    Overall I just think that the lights of this game must be completely remade. The sun is pretty nice and day time is astonishing, but even in day as you guys can see there are places inside houses, that the light kind of sucks and glitches through it... Then my opinion is that the game light sources should be re-made to make it all fits perfect, so then, it works perfectly on night times.

    Character Mechanics

    Hey, what's up guys. I know this is the alpha version and blablabla. But would be nice if they change the actual "Arma" character mechanics, skeleton, and everything. Do the hole thing, new... You know, it's a new game, not Arma anymore... So, if you guys from the development of DayZ SA are goin' to get too deep in the game itself, then, why not redoing all the character mechanics? I don't know if the guys of the forum will agree with me, but the way the characters move is freaking strange, they look soooooo weird and retarded. Yeah, I think Arma characters are retarded, even having all that instance moves, and crazy shit of the military, but... Why not doing this things again, on a more fluid-fast-paced character?? And maybe, just maybe... The players after dying could become zombies after all. Are you guys getting where I'm trying to go here? What I'm trying to say? If the game goes for another level, a higher level than the Zombie Apocalypse we used to know on DayZ's Arma II - MOD, to a true Zombie Surviving Game, where you can hunt down birds, or stalk down people totally in silence and knock them out with a Handkerchief. Then the character models NEED to be re-done. I can't imagine myself lurking around someone or fighting against a wolf on a mountain and then I just stop... calmly put my [two-handed] flashlight on hand at the time inside my backpack, and then sloooowly grab my secondary [two-handed] weapon. You see? It's fu*♥♦•◘ retarded D:. Anybody here played some Metal Gear Solid, or another tactic surviving game? A character model fast as Snake, would be great [Just in terms of action, the slowpoke item grab animation, you studied guys who solve it.] In my simple opinion as a gamer that expect this game to be one of the best games I've ever played, why would you have a astonishing looking scenario, if you can't feel connected to it because your character looks too lazy on it? Why would I just keep on walking and walking and finding everything beautiful [For sometime, because seen everything green all the time, SUCKS HARD.] if I'm not in a triathlon game? Where the main objective is walk, do trials, and etc... And please, if you guys read this, add a bottom to auto-walk forward, I totally dislike to hold "W" for entirely 10~20 minutes to find something when I'm newborn, or traveling from city, to city on foot. Another thing is the cam, when you die, all fades to black and only a message appears on your window... Why not fade the cam away like you guys did on the suicidal girl of the game trailers? So you could see the zombies eating your body, or the killer/stunner looting you, or moving your body to somewhere else [in case of stun hits, make the screen reaaaally blurred you know, it would be nice too.] The game should have some subway passages too, like, something different from the real Chernarus, this is a game after all right? Imagine being ambushed on a subway line or a tunnel D:. It would be crazy! Well this is my first notations of the game, and hope more stuff on it's future. The game feels really awesome on graphics, but surely need the gameplay adjustments, and I hope Dean and the Guys, kick asses in this aspect of the thing :D. Cya. Thank you for reading 'till now.
