Hey Been off from the game for few months now. Has the Dayz still infected from hackers? Lost intrest on Mod after being victim for hacking for two years. I remember when i watched before the release videos where Dean talk about things that prevent hacked items etc. Is this already working? Also does the Zombies now act like they "should" no longer walking trought walls and hitting you from downfloors? And Final Question Is the Optimisation improved mutch that increases fps ?
-
Before Alpha was out official Dayz SA videos told that they have made things that prevent hacking and item hacks. But its almost same as in mod except i have used cash for this game. I quit the mod after two years of playing when i got so frustrated about hackers so i decided to wait then coming Standalone. And here we are..,

What I predict DayZ will achieve by the end of the year.

I Predict Sergey Titov takes charge and turn the game into right direction. Then you can buy hats and bats & cheating will be reduced to nearly zero. Dean will make new games in his studio for mobile phones. -
Dayz standalone vs arma 3 specs ?

Not completely true. You can have nice setup but the game engine cant utilize the hardware. Cpu Core utilization is very bad this causes lesser fps on AMD systems. No Crossfire / Sli support. Worst fps killer in HW utilization level. And of course it depends purely on specs but in this case it should not. Im having around 25-50fps and could be better if the engine would work like it should in my oppinion. -
No man i mostly ended the playing because of the optimization issues this game has right now. You can read them on my threads too. Still im reading forums and have noticed this hacker threads showing up more often.
-
Ended the playing for while since been reading this hacking threads almost everyday now. Sounds like it has spread like wildfire. Maybe the SA crew should start do something about it or it may end like mod.

No extra money

Game engine HW optimization is horrible. I have low hopes that engine will be ALOT better in future. It has nothing to do the game itself but the engine is garbage in many ways. Mod lacked same nowdays standards in engine level only the game looks prettier but the performance is less acceptable. Based of AMD Hardware testing in many enthusiastic setups.

I got seizure while reading this.

Game lacks support for AMD Cpu's & Amd Crossfire systems
Warheart replied to Warheart's topic in General Discussion
Yes this the case since the Amd FX series has been in lot of ways dissapointing in Single Core Performance. First time i got AMD was the Duron but right now AMD is slowly losing the game. Only time i have used Intel was at 80286 & 486 / DX2 / DX5 & P3. The hard fact is that AMD is not doing well their new FX series since they already acknowledged that Am3+ is end of its line after fx-9590. And the new FM2+ Steamroller "kaveri" is not intrested enthusiastic users since AMD said there will be no Steamroller FX coming. Next system could be Intel but for me but only after DDR4 is released maybe in 2015-2016. If the program is not utilize the FX 8 Cores well, then people get mutch lower performance on FX anyway. My fps is on 20-60fps so DayZ more than playable but since we can compare to intels performance they have big diffrence sadly. By greatly overclocking FX will give more Fps to the game but since the FX-8150 is very power hungry and using two GPU my PSU is not for this. Also the electrical bill is also to consider. -

Didint affect mutch almost same performance as forcing it to AFR Friendly. Lets see how things get better in future. In Arma2 engine was pretty horrible to the end. This alpha reminders should get warnings i would not or i bet anyone else in the forum want to see them on their threads spamming and causing flame. Time to get back to DayZ -

Our testing systems First one has FX-8350 @ stock clocks & GTX660TI Second one is FX-8150 OC 4Ghz & Crossfire 6870 *This is my system* Third system has Intel S2011 I7-3820 & GTX760 Fourth system has 4770K & GTX770 My girlfriend's old Intel Q9550 & GTX 650 runs almost same as my system. Right now the Intel systems runs far better than the AMD Cpu systems. I have not tried our project computer what has FX-8350 @ 5,1Ghz 8 cores enabled & Crossfire HD6970 but i belive it wont beat the Intels even on this clocks because of cpu optimization. Six people bought this so we have some Hardware to compare. Soon i get home and try to use the Arma2AO maybe it can make some great improvements. Updating Later
