  1. Hi! Bandits get the benefit of getting great gear from dead players. But non-PK's need some sort of benefit for not killing. My suggestion is the ability to set up and join custom made groups in game if your humanity is above a certain level. I know custom made groups can be made from playing other mods. With these groups, the non-killers can communicate, and coordinate in privacy. PK's with a humanity below a certain point would be unable to join the custom made groups.

    Military NPC Missions.

    Hi There! I think it would be neat if there were NPC Military Incursions into zombie territory. Like a squad or a platoon of AI, with full armor or not, trying to move through a zombie infested town. I'm not familiar with the AI limitations, but I'd set them to shoot zombies on sight, and bandits, and any non-bandit that shoots at them, or even possibly near them. This would give us a couple things. First, great gear for player if they can brave the zombie hoard that ate the soldiers. An enticing target for a brave / evil bandit. Another faction to watch out for, and be aware of. And lastly, pseudo scripted events to watch.

    Zombie spawning and other general Zed concerns

    The speed of zombie spawning should be exponential to a limit. I.E. When there are 0 zombies in a town, 1 will spawn every 2 minutes. When there are 5 zombies, 1 will spawn every minute. 20 Zombies, 1 will spawn every 30 seconds. All adjusted for balance and gameplay.

    Should we scrap bandit models?

    Please don't scrap the bandit skins. Without them this mod quickly devolves into a situation where you run away from other players, and the zombies are just mere inconveniences you try not to step on.
