Even fresh spawn bambies are bandits. You have to kill everyone. I let some freshspawn go, just for him to come back with fnx, lucky there was 3 of us and he was fed with 20 or more bullets and got some teabaging. I was in firestation whe 2 naked guys came up and start chating with me.. They lured me out and I was shot by someone else with m4. I had a mosin with pristine atatchments and a bag filled with amo some 300 or more rounds. I would be pissed but lucky enough some exploits are not fixed yet, so I could gear up fast. So everyone who I dont know is dead..

No shoes and mosin long range with a bag full of ammo = friendly.

He is what you just said.. But he is entertaining enough. I still watch his videos even tho I dont like him as a person, I like his videos anyway. Dont try to be as a "some" youtuber. Most videos are heavy edited. Look at FrankieOnPc. His videos are the best to watch (for me) but sometimes I doubt he is being legit.. I still watch him. Just be yourself. And dont just hellp everyone you meet. Try bandit from time to time, it will give you easy loot, save you lots of time and then you can go helping newbs again ;)

You were right. Kill everyone who is a troll. Everyone wearing full mill uniform. Sitting on the roof with the gun. Camping in sniping spots. Kill 99% of players... there are no heroes in dayz at the moment. Everyone is borred and wants just to troll or kill you. Rhino is no fcuking hero. He is a fake. Trust me. Not that I care, but he knows that there will be lots of new players in Standalone, there will be newbs who will be pissed being killed over and over, so he is pretending that he is a hero saving bambies, hoping for more subs on his youtube channel..

Cherno is laggy and to far away from spawn locations. You will spawn between Electro and Solnichnij most of the times. Most people go to Electro now because it is less laggy and close to the spawn. But if you do this you will die on the way there or just when searching for loot. If you new to the game, try to find some other newbs to team up with and go to explore North East towns. They are all near the cost. And if you are looking 100% pvp, then Electro is the best way to go.

Oh and you can not see players more than 900 meters away and the game is rendering players up to 1000 meters. Grass 150-200 meters. The better the settings the more dence flora will be. The best would be mediums settings, coz it dosnt differ much from high and you get more than twice frames.

Just check youtube. There is like 10 same videos how to setup for better fps. Set everything on very low, turn your fraps on and experiment yourself. Vsync off, VIDEO MEMORY AUTO ! clouds off, shadows low, object detail medium, terrain medium... the distance you can see is almost the same on low or high settings. It the detail that matters. Make sure you have your resolution on 100%

There are lots of games that you pay for alpha when you actually will be playing free, or the same price when the games are released. You are suporting games developmet this way and hope it will turn out to be worth what you payed for. This type of buy before the actual game is out, is getting popular now. So its up to you to buy it now, or save your $ and buy it when its done.

If the game would be closed alpha for another year, it would make a lot of fans really mad. And then later the open beta after 2 more years, people just wouldnt buy it annymore, coz by that time there probably would be other same zanra games. By releasing early payed alpha Rocket and BI are not going to lose money and at the same time make happy a lot of people who were waiting over a year. Sry for my spelling I'm on the phone and google doesn't wanna fix it for me.

You actually got more than you payed for.. I think. If you dont know what to do with this game its your problem. Rocket told YOU, and people like YOU, not to buy the game now. Buy it after a year or two. And how its going to be outdated? People are still happily playing Arma2 and thats an old game. There is no other game like this, so just play it or go play some free to play game, if you are so cheap. ;)

...you say £19, so you must be from England. £19 is not a big money there. Its like one Steak dinner or 2 Mc' donalds or whatever... And If you are not happy with the game after "3years", you just buy some other game for £19 and go play it..

OP needs some force feeding of "poo" to make him feel more RP. edit: I mean OP's character that he's playing, not OP himself to be fed.. But if serious, this game is for everyone. Every one who bought it, has the right to play the way they want it.. I am sure there will be servers, with kos, rp, some clan wars maybe, or just pve. Just wait a bit and probably you get to play the game, the way you like.
