I tried that myself.Fx6350, r9280x and ssd = 30-40 frames on very high. Fx6350, r9280x and hdd 7000rpm = 28-40 frames on very high. Have not noticed any change in server load times, no shattering or anything. Almost the same, or its so little diference that I could not see any at all. Well maybe its just on my pc...

Nothing to do with ssd. Maybe your old hdd was dieing or something. It reads writes faster, but its all to gpu and cpu..

Unlocked storage + esp = no no. All it takes is just one cheater on the server to easily loot all your hiden boxes and tents. And there are and always will be hacks. So we need lockable storage.

Canabis? Works as painkiller. Overdose and you get a blured screen and can't sprint for a while. Simple.

Sure... Very high lolr9 280x - 30-50 frames. Medium-high. To OP you probably will have to figure for yourself how to custom setting. Make sure clouds are off. Shadows very low. VSync off

Anywhere between Solnichnyj and Electro. There are lots of trolls who kill freshspawns, on the hills near the coast. Almost all high pop servers. You can sneak up on them from the north side. They usualy lay under trees, mostly in groups of 3, sometimes more. And most of them not so good with their aim. I like to sneak up on them with an axe.
