If a server has persistence turned off? I know if they have it on some will say. There are many that do not say that it is on but do have it turned on. So how can you tell when one has it off before joining? or can you?

Very true....Unfortunately if someone wants to increase their performance currently and they are running a amd proc or older intel then they would have to switch to one of the newer intel varieties. I have an intel I7 950 oc to 4.0 ghz does great in all other games not so much here. I could gain 20 to 25 fps in novo by upgrading. I was seriously considering upgrading to a 4690k or even a 4790k just for that. I have also read about the new renderer coming, couple that with broadwell sometime in Q1 or Q2 next year I will probably just deal with the 25 fps I currently get in novo on full servers.

I would of paid 50 or 60 us dollars for it at release and feel it was still a great bargain since I have over 500 hours on it thus far. I bought BF3 for 60 and played 200 hours bought Wildstar for 60 and played 17 hours.

This is so not true. Let me rephrase this for you. "I cannot find any loot on full servers in cherno, electro and berezino since those are the main spawn points and it is a full server with people dying all the time". I can tell you this even on full servers I can find good loot in these cities. I don't find an ak in 5 minutes or anything silly like that but an sks with some rounds or 357 and such sure do.

Great Video.....If I could get fucked I wouldn't be playing Dayz mate :) ....Yes the more you abuse people the more they like you. Relationships seem to work this way for some people I noticed :)

This would require laying in wait and watching the actions of others from a far to observe their actions to be able to accurately decide if they are indeed are a bandit or murderer before deciding to engage. Any other way is just pot luck and he himself will just be a bandit/murderer as well if he is just guessing because of the sighting of a gun.

I too am fully geared but I was hanging with my buddy Shrub and he is showing me a different side of Dayz. A more relaxing, simple kinda of life adventures. I am digging it. So basically after 500 hours of game play I am redescovering Dayz because of my buddy Shrub. So yes I am once again feeling fulfilled.

its happened a total of 5 times since release and I am not careful about running up stairs at all. Not a big deal to me. Would only be a problem if it happened 2 or 3 times a week. -

Still the same game with added items and some mechanics. I play for the pvp at NWAF cause I really have nothing else to do. Aside from some of the interesting people I have met playing running around as a fresh spawn sometimes. I mean I can only hunt and fish so much. When barricading (in advanced form) and vehicles come into play that is probably when you will want to return. -
google planetside hacks you will see many topics just because you have encountered only one does not mean they are so far a few between. In the SA With-in 500 hours of game play I have only encountered 2 hackers. I haven't killed anyone I thought was duping and I am a pvper at NWAF. To me it is not nearly as bad as some of the complaints that come in. Still I do recognize they do exist and on a larger scale then I have seen but people act as if nothing is being done about it. They obviously are tending to this problem just because it is not happening as fast as someone would like does not me it is not happening.

I can only get on to a couple of servers for a few minutes to see due to work constraints. Seems they have fixed the over loot spawning bug. Can anyone else confirm this? If this is posted somewhere on this forum which I could not find please point me in the right direction. I hope they have fixed it for my weekend game play time. ;)
