As far as im aware, you can find Saline IV's already connected, as Ive found some on freshly restarted servers. As far as poisoning goes, the only thing I can think of would be combining the bag with disinfectant spray, having never tried it, I cant say 100%, I wouldnt use it till you know for sure.

Hey guys, first thread made, so be gentle. Just a general wondering really. I run DayZ on lowest graphics (bar texture detail which is high) on a 1440x900 resolution. Now I know that's not the highest but its decent. Basically my Issue is when another player is anything past about 100 meters away, they are litterally only around 5 or 6 pixels high and 2 pixels wide on my display, which obviously makes it incredibly hard to spot people at distance. I never had this issue on the mod and it hinders my gameplay/experience greatly. Shooting 12 pixels with an M4 at 150 meters is fucking hard :( Basically what im asking is this. Does anyone else have this issue, and are there any potential fixes? Thanks In Advance - Mopp

No. Im sorry but no. DayZ has never been marketed as an FPS Survival therefore all this shit spewing about 3rd person being "Cheating" or whatever needs to stop. Im unbiased cus I switch between both, so you can't pull that card. Its not an exploit, hack or cheat. With the exception of PURPOSEFULLY using it to see through solid walls (Wasn't a problem in the Mod as far as I could tell) its perfectly legit and anyone that was killed by someone cus they were seen over a wall by 3:PP are just mad that they died due to gimping themselves on a pride high. Edit : I understand the want for 3:PP to be removed due to DayZ's intention to be as immersive as possible. I personally wouldnt mind if they removed 3rd person permanently. But as it stands 3:PP players receive the same amount of flak as Hackers, serve hoppers and combat loggers, and its unfair.

Yeah that makes sense, I guess it depends on weather I wanna sacrifice the screen quality and have potential fitting issues haha, thanks for the help regardless

Ive played with a friend of a friend that lives in midland US. I live in the West Midlands UK. There is no restriction, if you having this much trouble, just find the IP of the server and join direct and dont reply on the server browser. My only advice

7 Days to die came out before rust. And neither are anything like DayZ bar the fact that there's an open world and zombies. Have you even played either rust or 7DTD?

That's Current players which means nothing. (More players in 'X' Country brought rust and happen to be awake/free to play atm) Also, DayZ hasnt sold 1 Million copies yet, fair its close, but not yet, and as far as im aware, the game is stable, and there are no game breaking bugs. I would like to stalk players, but not for the same reasons. If a guy looked like he was heading somewhere with purpose (e.g to meet someone) I'd rather stalk him than Shoot on sight. He might meet a player with even more/better gear, then there's more to loot. Wanna try this tonight.

I think is way to deep tbh, IMHO its just one more thing that you have to stop to do, and if its anything equal to eating and drinking, you'll have to do it way too often.. Unless you can clean your teeth an over zellas amount and then not have to do it for hours, but I dont think that's how it works in real life haha

Thanks for the useless, and potentially unnecessarily douchey comment. My PC Spec has nothing to do with it, as I have tried turning the Visual's to highest and it has had no impact on my issue. I didn't ask you to go looking on YouTube for me either so take your head out your ass and go to bed if its so late.
