american weapons in general have terrible ironsighs i think, but its down to personal preferance, i much prefer pistol/russian iron sights.

m16 has aweful ironsights though so while it is much more accurate over 200m you will barely be able to see your target to take advantage of this feature anyways imo

i think there is a good choice of servers with 3rd and plenty with force first person view. some people feel that third person compensates for not being able to see while prone, when in reality you would be able to see a little more, and others like yourself feel its terrible. Just find a veteran server and play on that :)

i can attest to this happening, myself and a friend both have died going down these stairs, its a problem with the arma 2 engine i think the only way it could be helped is if Rocket and the team made the fall damage a little less punishing until the engine bugs were ironed out

Best items in the game ONLY spawn in NW airfield at the moment. Its a bit lame that way, and lots of people dislike it although some do like it that way too, ill leave you to make your own mind up. The teleporting and stuff sounds very dodgy, there have been reports of hacking causing such issues. and the issues have become more common as this wonderful mod gains another 1000 players everyday. If you get teleported a long distance best thing to do is probably ALT f4 right now.

when i logged onto DE2 last night i logged in prone on top of an air tower (somewhere safe with a good view made sense) i had a little look around with the mouse but pressed no movement keys... Then suddently my character stood up, pulled out his pistol, and started spraying bullets all over the place... I immediately alt f4d because i expected foul play but i can confirm de2 was acting oddly last night

another rifle would be nice, the lee enfield and the cz550 do have uses and are both very good but the winch is by far the best all rounder. another primary for general noobness would be good, something useable. Although the team are ironing out bugs at the moment, im sure we will see content in the future... this would be a nice change, Also the newer shotguns to have slightly higher effective range and accuracy. maybe: Winchester 0.8 round per sec 1014 2 rounds per sec 870 1.5 rouns per sec job done ;) shotgun ammo should be common on farms!!!

giving bandages gives + 20 humanity giving blood/epi pen gives + 100 humanity you gain around 150 humanity every 5-10 mins so surviving and behaving yourself will do the trick

just give people quartiles they may select to spawn in, ie ne nw se sw... if your in the same quarter of the map it wont be too much of a ballache to meet up, with blood transfusions, epi pens and unpredictable z's and players teamplay is encouraged. at the moment all people do is respawn till you spawn where you want to be

DC sucks i mean i lost a mp5sd, g17 hand grenade and full utilities erlier today because i didnt DC BUT With zombies spawning on top of peoples heads DC is sometimes a solution in the last 2 days alone we have had 3 instances of zombies spawning less than 10ft away from us and insta agroing.... The shock system of when your shot you log in unconcious is already great i think ...

you can already bump into Zs in the woods by the deer huts.... if a few more of those were added around inside the woods and not just on the outskirs you would have your roaming zombies you requested with a little more loot too.

if you are shot and have massive tramua from bleeding then passing in and out of conciousness is not unlikley... you would be lucky your body didnt shut down completely due to shock. The only issue here is the wall clipping

(Guild Wars stylez) Latter will probably bring more players if you do the guild wars syle updates/expansions Also: - Community developed or studio developed? Studio is good for the money but need devs that actually listen to their community for a change! - Community or studio servers? or both? If you can strike up deals with the big hosting companies like Multiplay etc then this would be the best way to run the server model and allow you control of the central character server. without other people adding their own flavours. - Kickstarter? or not? Dont mind

its your baby, its good to see that reaction... i agree for the community it would be better, but if developing it as a paid product or letting us donate allows you to dedicate more time to it, or hire someone who will help then thats all good.
