Breaking Point mod on Arma 3 already does what they called "anti-ghosting" system. Players can't reconnect to another server without waiting 15min. I like it. It reduce this problem when players want to leave a possible PvP situation & it clearly struggle against the fact that some of us want to loot without danger on another empty server.
