Not saying if this is realistic or not, but the way to make the M4 accurate in Dayz is to get pristine magpul parts. -
I like the idea. I think the tree farm things at Berenzino could also drop some kind of fruit. Maybe there could also be overgrown gardens that were there before the infection happened too. The gardens could spawn like pumpkins and other things that could grow in Chenarus.

lol this is probably near the 30th time someone suggested this. Every time it gets shot down. This game isn't WoW or other games like that. This is DayZ.

Yep, at first I was playing on low pop servers when the patch first came out. I thought everything was fine. However, when I went to join a server with 15 or more people, it just wouldn't work.

Dayz is meant to be multiplayer, since humans are unpredictable. However, AI is predictable. There will never be multiplayer in this game because it would all be scripted. Not to mention it would waste the developers time on creating something pointless. If you want to play single player go on a server with no one on it.

Good idea, I would love to see this. Albeit, the newspawns might try to turn on their attackers. Two hits in quick succession would not be good for the aggressors. lol

No one bothered to. Wouldn't that make newspawns continually suicide until they get a gun? Edit: Just read the full post,(lol) and as people stated melee weapons would become shit, and would increase the amount of killing at coasts as well.

You probably should have stated that in your first post, you made it seem like since books aren't useful and there shouldn't be that many of them.

Not sure why you suggested books to be removed in place of sticks. Shouldn't we just get rid of all sticks and replace them with morphine by your logic? Also, in reality books could also be used for firewood and of course, reading.

Rocket and many others stated that everything in dayz should be entirely player based. I'm fine with missions as long as there are no npcs and aren't any sort of messages that pop up along with them. Ex: turn the power back on in electro, barricade a home, etc. -
I think the idea is add all the features, then fix the bugs.This means they don't have to keep fixing bugs that pop up after every new feature, making them only needed to be fixed once.

Why would you not want poisons to kill other players with? If I was using a bow in an apocalypse, I would want every advantage I could get, poison being one.

I'm pretty sure all game screens are flat and most game movement is wasd. Many non-fps games are also first person( you also get third person). Not sure what you're on about.

How the hell do you type to people in direct chat then? The reason is, is that its supposed to simulate talking just like typing in direct. -
He never says anything about adding other caliber weapons. He said WHEN they add other caliber weapons. Not sure why you're so hostile either.

Never heard of this before but it sounds like it would work, perhaps duct tape could also be used to strengthen damaged gear.

I don't see the point of this clan system. Would it just be there as like bragging rights or what? i don't find it hard it hard to team up with friends because there is a friends tab thing on the join server page.
