well I was playing on an epoch server and it was really laggy. next thing i knew my game crashed and started it up again and i wasn't able to access it because my game key was missing, so i logged on to my laptop and i was able to get through. i logged on to my epoch server and i was global banned. i honestly did nothing wrong. either my thing was stolen and i was banned or something went wrong with battle eye and it autobanned me, please i just want to play on my server and kill zombies. its almost christmas please find it in your heart to fix my problem and give this poor boy the only gift he might receive on christmas :(
