I am trying to gear up my character to maybe not kill everything in site. I have some epi penspainkillerssyringeantibiotics (tetra, and bottle)3 condoms (blood bags look like condoms)vitaminsfoodwaterdisinfect spraybandagesand a defibrillatorWhat (i think) I need to find is starter kits, blood test kits (? blood type) and handcuffs. Any idea how I can find these? People seem to server hop A TON. every hospital and garage seems to be looted on the coast. Any suggestion on towns or better ways to find supplies?

Ok, so heres the situation. I was wondering about. Conspicuous man is overlooking electro, fully geared, seems legit? (nope) So i put my redot on him, and say hi over the mic. He immediately turns towards me putting his gun up (which leads to death, his) Now is this dude with ~14 rounds in him alive? Can i just saline \ epipen him and brush him off?

I found the saline iv pristine! Also got a FA kit and some water tabs. Also found a blood test kit! O+ at the moment. While trying to figure this out some noob-a-saurus blasted me in the head with a bat. Returned fire, passed out for a while! Woke up, he's on the ground bleeding. Cause of death, the next 25 bullets to enter his body. I'm out of space, might toss the defib, 1 syringe, bottle of brown stuff What do the water tabs do?

Thanks for the help before. The game is much better now. I am trying to find a gun, so far I have found 2 pistols and a revolver. I have many attachments and a ton of ammo but can not seem to find a better weapon. Any ideas? I tried Balota airfield that looked like it was not looted. Only found ammo, clothes, and those small pistols.

This was my experience. once I found out that loot does not respawn :( Also on my last tent. Some fully geared guy was there. Looking like he heard me and waiting to ambush. 40 capacity clips, i wuv you You find mostly sodas because the donuts have decayed

I tried food, painkillers, morphine, more food and water, vitamins, epipen... finally going into video settings fixed it edit:: also no messages saying I was sick ect edit:: I was close, but I am wrong. take ~20m when at full food (and full blood) to get rid of the blur

yeah i think all the server switching did it. so lame, tons of servers say they are 100% daytime but aren't

on the bright side i found a better weapon 8 minutes in :P

As for cars. I have seen many but have not been able to loot them. Also, what is up with server hoping? Is it really as simple as joining a new server to grab gear?
