    Im playing on the lowest as possible and fps stays at 15~30 =(

    I bought the game.. i learned how to play in some videos but the fps always stay at 30 thats so frustating i dont know what to do... i putted all settings in the lowest possible but it stays 30 =SS My pc setup: 3 GIGA RAM INTEL CORE I3 540 3.06 GHz MOTHER = GS CHIPSET INTEL H55 MY GRAPHICS CARD IS AN 9500 GT NVIDIA.. Please im so frustated HELP, WHAT CAN I DO TO UP MY FPS!!
