Im on the community ban list by but Im not spose to be ! Help!

Hello DayZ Forums, I was wondering if you could help with with an issue about a ban. I have recently started playing on a DayZ Epoch Panthera Server and I noticed when I spawned in that there was no buildings, so as a result of this the admins banned me for 2 hours so that I could obtain the files. I asked the admin how to obtain the missing files and he managed to help me get obtain them but when I went to rejoin their server after 2 hours I received a different message saying that I was now on a W-DAYZ-BANLIST-COM, so I messaged the admins again and they told me to find you guys because they said that their 2 hour ban must of linked to your ban list which they cant remove me off of using there tools.
