Can you be more specific on why you can not join servers? Like can you join the server but it boots your out, can you not join any server at all, etc etc. Before you tell me anything else it may be because the server you are trying to play on may not have that update. If worse comes to worse then go into commander and go to the "update and installation" tab and either repair or uninstall and reinstall epoch. This should fix, but if not just reply to me.

Yes I really agree with xcelsior, it is a decent build. I to am also concerned with your PSU. When I was first building my pc I was looking tog do something as cheep as I could so I could get it fast. I almost bought a 600w PSU for 20 USD from some random company. It seems like a good idea because it's cheeper but maybe 80% of the time you get what you pay for with pc parts. A cheep or unknown PSU normally does not have the quality and features of a more well known brand. Such as under voltage and over voltage protection. So even if your PSU fails it won't take down your whole pc with it. Plus you get really good warranties with more well known brands. I personally have a corsair PSU and I love it and it has not failed me yet. In terms on a GPU you really should get one. I'm not saying you need a titian and don't listen to people who think if your not blowing 300 USD your not getting a good card. I recommend a nivida graphics card over AMD. They have better drivers and features. You can get a 650 for a around 100-150 USD depending on verson (ti or non ti). I say go nvidia because my friend is an owner of 2 AMD cards and says he wishes he went Nvidia. Every thing else on your build seems okay. You might get a smooth 60 on low but I can't say for sure. With these extra costs you could be looking at about 120-130 USD more. I know you have a budget and are looking to get your pc so you can play, but do not skimp. It will be so much more worth it if you wait a little longer to get so more money.

Try a different server to make sure your internet is working. If not I would check my firewall to make sure day z is allowed.
