People forget the developers of dayz have been paid already, they earn a salary so these sales only reflect their hard work an do not convert back to them as money in their pockets! However it dose alow the company to expand and employ more staff ( not for dayz development ) but as company resources to be used where deemed fit to do so. Simple economics. Yes dayz will be continually worked on but people should not expect these sales to convert in to game development speed, it simply dose not work like that.

Even when talking to fresh spawns I remain twitchy always holding the alt key looking who's around what's going on etc.. Never feel safe because that's when you die.

I have seen rain once, it starts an stops randomly and causes lag issues aswel. My guess is its off for now as it's a bit buggy!

For now buy another copy of the game to act as a bank, I have 3 accounts and when base building comes I guess they will be my up breakable vaults in my base.

Not sure if this has been reported yet or if it is a feature.. + and - keys on the nunber pad act as zoom in / zoom out. Grab a long range scope You can view down the scope with one click of the right mouse button You can zoom in further by then holding the right mose button. Now when looking down the scope press the + on the number key it acts the same as holding the right mouse button down (other wise known as holding your breath). The bug is when you hold hold the + key then hold your breath with the right mouse button and then release the + key first then the right mouse button. Result is you remain zoomed in on the long range scope no need to hold your breath or hold the zoom in + key. VERRY OP when sniping etc..

Soo i spent a load of time up north, i had full gear. So i was bored i thought hey i know lets go try something out (now i know this i a verry small test with 1 person out of the thousands i could of run in too) Anyways my plan was simple i headed off to Balota tent city. Chilled around for a bit and yep my test subject came running in kind of startled him he says "hi man" in voip. Anyways i procided to give some hand gestures spoke in Voip a bit and we seemed to be friendly .. hmm ok next step. I Droped my mosin in the ground with an amo creat FULL of pristeen Mosin cartons (yea i had that strange hu?) He types in chat "for me"? "Yeah yeah man i have collected quite a bit" i reply. Anyways i sit in the corner of the tent put my M4 away he pickes the gear up.. so far so good. He now has just recived a gun and over 400 amo! he loads the gun it jams he must me shaking at this point id imagin the urge must be killing him! gets the gun loaded takes aim and BANG your dead! Anyways i started laughing over Voip and said "i knew yould do it" (no reply) i was even nice enough to remain on the death screen to alow him to loot me! Yea it was fun ( i had gotten bored at that point) gearing is easy and im no bandit. Any ways that was my fun for the eavning! i may have released a mosin weilding bandit on bolota free to KoS :(

Yeah, it was interesting though I'd love to know what he was thinking I mean if someone gave me a gun with 400 amo as a fresh spawn I'm not sure I'd have it in me to shoot them point blank as a thank you lol.

Ok so battlefield 4 has the ipad option for the commander. before people say thats BF4 hear me out.. Id like to see an ipad / iphone / android application that.. when you have a map / compas in your inventory gives you the option to pull this up in real time on your hand held device? I am only thinking about third party device intergration i mean having other aspects of the game could be intergrated such as friends online / server using etc.. This was a genuine sugestion and not a troll.

Yeah i do this already :) Im sure there would be some seriouse coding complications with what i am sugesting here.

just add the feature of seeing your position on the map when you have it up. not GPS just ro see a marker on the map in real time. if your going to snipe it should be a 1 shot 1 kill so taking the time to work out your oponents location based off of your own is all thats needed.

few guys i have met up with first thing we do is share steam names (carefull though some say add me and axe you when doing it)

Yeah but like someone above already said they made dayz as based off a budget already set profits make the company grow meaning more designers and equipment ( sure resources which will be used on dayz but also other company projects )
