The second I heard an SKS was added, I had to have it. Screw my M4, SKS all day. Problem is, I cant find one. Where could I find an SKS?

While looting barracks, I noticed something that I'm sure most of have found, a beret, not just any beret, but one of the Chedaki Red Star movement (The bad guys in the Arma 2 campaign). I thought, why not have certain weapons and gear spawn according to which areas were held by each faction? For instance, the Chedaki and Russian forces held the most of the military spawns up north, so those areas would spawn items used by Russia and the Chedaki (AKMs, old RPKs, Assorted clothes, AK-107, SVD, or maybe a rare spawn, PKP Pecheneg) while the southern parts of Chernarus would spawn western weapons (M4, M16, assorted uniforms, or a rare spawn, M240, or Mk48) along with the weapons used by the CDF (AKs from the mid to late cold war era, older models of the SVD, or PKM). The NAPA would have secret stashes hidden in certain areas around the border of the Blufor-Opfor held areas, the would spawn randomly upon restart, 10-12 per server, small and containing only a few rifles + ammo. In order to balance this, western weapons would spawn less often then the CDF ones, and Russian weapons would spawn less then Chedaki weapons (US and RU weapons beat out Chedaki, CDF, and NAPA by a long shot). Uniforms would also spawn according to faction held area. Sorry for not formatting, not to sure how, if someone could PM me, that would be nice.

I think they are planning to add the weapons in the cupboard thing, but I like the idea of having those hidden stashes around sheds, instead in the middle of no where.

I was near the end of my usual loot cycle around scenic Chernarus when I come upon NWAF. I hear a bus and immediately jump in a pine tree as it grows closer and louder. It stops led than 5 meters from me, doors facing away from me. "Get in mate!". Cover is blown, I run out and introduce myself only to see 2 bandits sitting with and AK and a DMR. My heart sank. "Oh, let me find the entrance, here it--" and shot both of then dead mid-sentence. I am bleeding, near death. Most of my player encounters past the first few hours of life usually spell death for me. I figured, I was going to die with these "Men" anyway, better take a few with me. Think I need some Victory GinTM after this.

Careful of them children, wouldn't want you to end up with the thought police...

Yay! Finally! I can kill zombies in my Party uniform! Them blue party overalls are soo soft! Now only if they made a version in Newspeak...

Just be glad it was a player that got you and not the Thought Police! They don't like bandits over at the ministry...

Lack of the Party would drive me insane, they have done so much good for Airstrip One!

I had a friend at work randomly disappear (Cant remember his name), kind of like getting banned I guess. He never got a chance to appeal though...

My favorite item in DayZ is the straight razor, so many different uses! Shame they are hard to come by where I live...

I would imagine getting into SA pre-alpha would be something like getting into the inner party. Ask O'Brian, I'm sure he will know.
