Deer stands are really not that dangerous, they only spawn about 3 zombies and bandits/survivors really don't look at them. Only thing is that I usually don't find weapons there, but many other people have.

I am a bandit just because I have a camp with loads of weapons, so I'm just running around at active places like airfields, cherno, elektro, and stary and try and kill people cause I have nothing else to do.

Also, most likely the reason why you don't hit other players at 800m is because its probably laggy. Its very hard because of this, but another tip, on the weapons you listed except the DMR, you can sight it in with the page up and page down depending on how far they are in meters, and all you have to do is shoot in the middle of the crosshairs

with AS50 and M107 is should one one shot anywhere on the body. The DMR it takes up to 2-5 shots (my experience), and cz I think its about the same with the DMR

I have experienced the graphical issues of berezino, I fixed it by doing the default settings for the video settings, not sure if it works for everyone, but it worked for me. Later I went back to my high settings and went to berezino and it was fine. But getting back to the patch topic, it does take time to get out these patches. Code work is very tedious, I can't imagine how tedious it is to go through all their code and find errors and then fix them and make them align with the rest of their code for the game

Exactly, I sort of know the feeling of dealing with problems in code in one of my computer classes. The class I was in was easy but code can be a big hassle just because one single mistake can cause anything to happen. Even a misspell of a word or one number off can ruin your day and you have to go back and find the error, I only had to deal with about 3 pages of code in the whole semester. Imagine of how many pages they have to go through before they can find the error.

I love how everyone expects an update to be right on time. I mean come on people, when do you think an update for a game/mod will be on time all the time. Its hard work trying to find a single error in a big batch of code and to make align with the rest of the code without screwing something else up. People that say, "I'm gonna stop playing this cause the update isn't on time" is a retard, you have no other zombie game like this. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have been waiting forever for a game like this. If you want to stop playing just because a simple issue in an unfinished mod. Fine by me, go, leave, I will enjoy the sweet thrill of this game where everything is on the line at every moment.

It can be the server, maybe it has to be restarted, one of the versions are wrong on one side (server or player), or you just can't get into it. Its all I know

I'm not sure if you can but, try and put a friendly message on notepad and copy that message then whenever you get in game and find someone, just Ctrl + v it in chat to be quick about it

I have no problems with snipers, if I get sniped, that is my own fault and I need to learn how to work around that. If the sniper misses one shot, he will miss his kill basically cause I'll start running zig zags or random movements to throw him off and go into buildings with 2 exits or more and just get away.

No, I don't believe it works in my time of using the DMR, but if you lay down, it gives you less recoil and less waive of the scope I think. When I shoot sniper rifles, at the most I shoot from a crouch position if I can

You might have to use Direct Com, if that doesn't work, I believe it is better to type to them for chat rather than using your mic. If I'm not mistaken voice chat isn't that great for Direct Com, plus you have to be a certain area of the guy for him to hear you.
