While some people do survive headshots, they didn't keep walking around immediately after (the German guy was a fluke, probably shot from far away or some shit, but it's a 1/10,000 chance for him not to notice) and it's not like they can just keep emptying they're M4 at you, pick up your shit, and run away to get salined. What happened to Arma? Every gun, even the puny makarov, which took near 16 shots to kill, was an instant headshot. Same for every weapon. That needs to be returned. Whats the point of the gun if it doesn't 1-headshot even zeds? Its probably even more shots to take down a player. We have to say, useless gun, or marginally useful gun? It should be one headshot, always, unless fired from over 100m. Otherwise, its pretty much an airgun.

Not only that - Nagants have a notoriously heavy trigger pull. Hard to shoot two-handed. But duel-wield C96s or even better, APSs.... :- Give duel-wield uncontrollable APS!
-
Maybe some European designs (Mainly, other Nagant revolvers) but hardly "Almost all" Almost all SAs were Percussion cap & ball & powder, which didn't use a loading gate. Those that were cartridge were usaully S&W or Webley hinge type. A few guns during the late 19th century used this, Mainly European types you never even hear of today, but they were Obsolete even before they were introduced, mainly becuase top-hinge designs were already around but patented. Its not the type of thing you find on very many common guns, besides Nagants and SAAs.

7.62x51 is for a M14 7.62x54R is for a Mosin–Nagant

Ok, that makes absolutely zero sense. Please don't type like you can't and make sure whatever you say is actaully understandable. Srry if that's to harsh. -
Did more research. Some were sent to Spain by the Soviet Union during the Spanish revolution in the '30s, and during the 1960's the remaining few were re-imported into the US. More common than the Blazer? No. Don't get me wrong, i love this gun, but i don't want more Python rarity (Its even rarer than Pythons) to be in every house. And they sucked anyway. Lever actions are hard to use sitting down, and they arne't like they are in the movies, especially this one. It isn't any faster than bolting a Mosin. They were phased out as soon as a few thousand more Mosin's were made (Which if i remember, some were also made by Winchester in the US aswell)

Just wait till the zombies are improved. You'll notice a difference -
Are laser sights really even usefull? I mean, they're cool looking, but n shooters i typically have no use as i can usually tell where to aim. I find they just give my position away and take more time to use than Iron sights. New animations will come, such as single loading SKS and Mosin clip loading Yes to last two, but if Tokarev's are added we need a 7.63 Mauser instead so the Dev's can't say it would be a pain to add ammo for only one gun. Plus, Red 9's are alot more rare.

Stechkin's, C96s (or "red 9's") lugers and Browning HPs have all had stocks made at one time or another

Not the M14... really... G3 or/and FAL I'm starting to fear the worst - they did it on purpose. They've stated multiple times they want less ammo types for loot table's sake. So they won't be adding unique calibers like the Nagant M1895 and 7.62x38... so i'm thinking the worst - mosins with NATO ammo. But really, the icon is 7.62x54 if you look close. Saw one in one of Dean's vids -
Beretta 9mm? There are dozens of those dating all the way back to 1915. I'll assume you mean the 92F (M9) and if so, then yes. a Real Katana that won't break if it hits a twig are extremely expensive from what i've heard The SPAS-12 I assume you mean? That gun is used by a few police forces, mainly in Italy but the Remington 870s cost like less than half as much and are much more common VSS would be cool but an irl they're really rare. And if there are no heli crashes then they'll be to common. We don't need .50 AM rifles. There is no reason for them to be in at all, except for people who "wuv, add plz" but really, they're overkill for sniping, and when was the last time you needed to destroy a legit car? PKM all the way. Especially now that it clear they're still more common than PKPs (Ukraine) No. To old, and relatively rare. A full-sized Uzi. Micros are pretty rare-ish, unless it's the civilian Semi version. NO deagles. Its purely and American civilian gun. Really? Have fun finding one. The few that exist are in the US. IF a full-auto Shotgun is added, it should be the Saiga, along with the Semi-automatic Saiga 12K. The AKM is pretty much confirmed if i read twitter right.

They arne't going to stop development of almost complete weapons like the Ruger MKII and 10/22 and the AK-74M, and many other weapons we haven't seen, to put this in. We'll probably see one in the future, but it won't be the VERY NEXT weapon. But no to the backpack, unless its one of the smaller, less-effective ones like the Vs.61 or APS. A full-plenty MP5 in your pack is OP.

And thats why he said "Supposedly". Duh. Think before you post. Zombies don't exist either, but they do ingame, just like chernarus.

The Garand Mg34 and STG would be extremely rare outside museums, especially the Garand. (In that area, atleast) and MG-34. Reason being the Garand was never sent to Russia, and the MG-34 was/is highly illegal for civilians to own, and harder to hide than an STG, which the huge amount of AKs in the Chernarussian civil war would render useless anyway. The Trench gun is same as the Garand. But the Thompson - i really don't think they would be there, but i did see ONE picture of one in a russian museum. It was probably a fluke gun, though. Your probably more likely to find A PPD-40. I would support the PPSh if someone could find a few pictures/evidence of a few being used in Eastern Europe in the past 10 years. Although they may be common, few even work anymore. Same for the MP40. The P38 is definitely fitting, along with the PO8 and such. Some that are similar that would more likely be there: SVT, PPS-43, and RPD. -
Sawn off Winchester 1895 // Mare's Leg-like

I don't know if you didn't see this - the one he wants added is the 7.62x54r Version, Shipped to Russia during WWI. (Although few were actaully used) And 7.62x54 is the oldest Cartridge still in military use. 120 years and counting. -

These aren't at all common anymore. Some were shipped to Spain in the '30s and the rest back to the US in the '50s. They were also unpopular, inferior to the Mosin and replaced ASAP. Plus, sawed-off Mosins look even cooler. There are Lever Actions made like this by their factory, however. I would support one of those. -
Chernarus isn't a real country. We have no idea of the gun laws there. The Devs decide. If the game actaully took place in a real country, then yes, it should follow it's laws. From what they're adding, Chernarus's laws are similar to the US's.

I've often thought of this. Beans for you. There are, however, more fitting foldable weapons, like the AKS and AKS-74, which are AK and AK-74 rifles with folding stocks, PPs-43 Submachinegun, and MP5s. On a side note, the Soon-to-be-added AK-74M's stock is foldable aswell. Hopefully the devs think of this.

Its on Russia's border with the Middle east, pretty much. -
The only difference (Internally) is the Stamped Receiver in the AKM, but there are many smaller variations, making it simpler to produce and use, and more reliable. In game, you won't notice much different besides looks, which is a stupid reason to add a '47. Besides, the AKM was the only standard M43 AK in Arma, but there was an AKS, which could have been the Aks-47 or AKMS. Yes.
-
For all who don't know - The AKM is a slightly upgraded AK-47, which is more reliable, cheaper to produce, ect. All the "AK-47s" in CoD have been AKMs. Many, many more AKMs have been produced than Ak-47s.
-
Sure, but renember, almost all of Russia's 7.62 AKs were AKMs, falsely called AK-47s.

*Oberez used by Red Army during russian civil war. Since used by criminals. How about the ability to cut down almost all rifles :/ Just something you may want to add to your C96 desc, it can also use 7.62x25 Tokarev, and the Tokarev can use 7.63 mauser.
