Help no one can connect to my server

its not a matter of being port forwarded let me explain this more into detail I bought the server already setup so i didnt have to deal with the hassle which means all i had to do was click a button to install the modpack which i did and i get wait for host when i try going on my server and so does other people -
Alright so i own a server from HFBservers And i installed dayz epoch and battle eye started my server and went to connect to my server and i CANNOT connect it says WAIT FOR HOST and stays there ive tried #missions that dont work ive tried configering the battle eye settings it didnt work ive tried uninstalling my dayz epoch and battle eye on server and on my client and still doesnt work ive tried useing Rmod still doesnt work and its starting to really make me mad that i spent 20 dollars on a server that i cannot even use ive sent in surrport tickets and its been 8 hours and still havent answered me and im starting to just wanna flip so if any of u know how to fix the WAIT FOR HOST issue please explain in full detail but i beilive it is a server side issue snice no one can join either my friends have tried to join to same problem
