? I'm fairly sure I did not say any of that. There are other people in this thread shouting that combat loggers should not be punished at first sight, but warned. In the same breath, they're screaming for the shutdown of US 88 because an admin banned somebody for an apparently un-bannable offense. Do you understand what I'm saying?

I consider US88 my home server. I'm not an admin or an HR guy, and if you're taking my post as a message from the admins then you're quite simply a fuckwit. edit:: I will, however, defend the players / admins of US88 who are clearly becoming the subject of a despicable witch-hunt. I'm sure they'll sort out GhostHawk's ban when they're online, and I refer them to this thread shitfit.

What I think is most ironic about this thread are the select few shouting that first-time-offense combat loggers should not be punished, but warned - and you're screaming like children to shut down the supposedly oppressive and unprofessional admins of US88. If I'm using this forum, correctly, this is the only complaint I can find about this server.

If anything, I believe it would be singular, not plural. In case you, too, cannot read - I am not an admin, and have stated that I am not an admin. edit: I believe if there's a problem involving GhostHawk's ban, it can be relayed to the admin to deal with when they're online - or you could all feel free to go on the server's public TS and shit those channels up instead of these nice DayZ forums. I'm sure an admin will come around eventually that you can talk to. I'm sure that most of these thread posters' audible grammar is better than written, anyways.

Also please note that the admin will determine whether or not to shorten the length of your temp-ban, as he's out of town for a couple weeks and there's sub-admins running the server right now. They don't feel the need to respond to you, as I believe have server logs to prove that you combat logged, should they be needed. Anyways, you're a bad shot with an [l85?] I believe you spent 9 rounds before you hit me, and that one appeared to be a lucky shot as I was sprinting all serpentine-style.

Just want to point out that you shot me in the face after I killed your mates in the truck, and I don't have admin rights. *edit*: However, I will divulge that the three men we had at the dam [including myself] were confused as all hell as to how your truck survived both encounters with us without taking any damage. While I don't personally think that you're hacking, you combat logged rather promptly after shooting me in the face and taking fire from my mates. You did not check the bodies, as they were never hidden. You are clearly mistaken as to the area of their death, because I assure you I wanted their gear very badly. In regards to the truck, if it disappears upon the next server restart, I believe that will be sufficient evidence to request a permaban for you and your two mates, as well. Edit: Logs say you didn't kill me. Irrelevant, but context matters.

Since the 1.7 patch, my three mates [one standalone, two using steam] have been unable to connect to DayZ at the same time. We often play together with a big squad, but since then we've been forced to separate, and often can't play on ANY servers once one of us has spawned in. I've seen a few threads in here about this issue, none with answers, so I am reposting with a *POSSIBLE* solution. It was brought up to me on Reddit that the CD keys can cause this issue, and a simple regedit of the keys to make them variations could fix it. I don't know about the quality of this hotfix, but until it's addressed by Rocket this may be the only chance us LAN party guys have at playing. :-/

No errors, just "connection failed". Please, before you call BS, take into account that we've been testing this for about 5-6 days now. I can connect to any server if my buddies aren't in-game, and the second one of them logs into a server the others cannot. Sometimes it's just that server, sometimes it's all of them. One connection basically fucks us all over. The second that person d/c's we're good to login, again.
