Good Day. I have bought 4 DayZ accounts on separate steam accounts due to this "BAN", i have never used hacks or any 3rd party programs that would cause this to happen. Now when it first happened i was mad at the fact BattlEye could not even provide me with proof of the so called hack i was accused of using. So left it be and to save time and trouble just bought a new game yet now no matter what i do i get this ban and i can not even find it on the list of bans i mean honestly this is truly unfair. How is it it is so easy to ban folks that put money in your pockets and you can not even provide us with any proof of the so called hack we are accused of using.. Now i ask you this How Many Emails Do I Have To Send You Just So You Can Provide Some Assistance ??? What the hell is this Global Ban #d1df87 ??? I can't even find a description of the ban online. So really what you as a company is telling a great bunch of your clients is that you will unfairly ban our accounts with no real reason to so that we buy another account and put more money into you damn pockets.?? I have been patient enough and have really tried my utmost best to email you and try and find some sort of resolution , yet instead i am ignored and told i am a hacker i deserve this? PROVE IT FFS. If i hacked and your systems caught me then i am sure you have logs of the program used and i am sure providing me with that information would not be of great trouble. Regards.
