All I can say is good luck to the dev team I'm sure they will be working just as hard in the game, their jobs and rep are on the line just as much as deans. Good luck to Dean on his move home at the end of the year, I'm sure he will be working extra to get it all done I'm sure he doesn't want it to fail. The core idea is their the public have been asking for most things what have been added in the game and I'm sure that will continue. It's sad news but been away from home takes it toll on a person so I understand we're he is coming from. The moments I have experience in dayz mod/standalone have been something special what no other games have done before and that's a huge achievement to dean and the team. -

I just hope they are slow rubbish heavy cars what used really poor parts and need to be repaired a lot, communist aren't known for making good cars apart from their big military vehicles. -

The amount of guns in game is the problem, if their were less and ammo was super rare less people will have guns and less chance of kos. If their was bows and axes made from the items around it will be harder to kos as the range is less and damage is a lot lower. If your not shot in the neck/ heart or liver area you could get away well at a slower speed and you can control what's going on around you. Weapons are to plentyfull and ammo is to easy to find. Kos is all because their isnt much to do yet because its early alpha and the weapons to many guns and they keep coming -

Get a fire axe, one hit kill will do the trick, use the spacebar to adjust the way you swing the axe and you will be fine. Or run they will be gone in 20sec and use the raise fist to run you go faster. But we want harder and more zombies sorry -
God I hope rocket does make it random, why do people your google and that dayz map thing?? Is it really that had it wouldn't make finding a car or a bike special because you were lame and used a map (realism their a map what shows were shit spawns). Make it a challenge I want to feel all warm and so happy I found a car only to find out I have 3 hours of finding parts

Lol combat loggers will rage now, don't know what happened to is body should of looted him first then shot him lol, smart thinking on the punch the wall to make him think an sniper toke a shot at him lol. Find a safe place to log out this game has danger every were you should always be watching from when you log on till you log off.

People in an wardrobe hanging couldn't take it no longer and hung them selfs, but just props don't want a server lagging because of spawn campers been dicks and shooting new spawns. O and you can loot their boots off them like the book of Eli.

OP that is so true, this should be in the start up of dayz to remind people before they log on.. Only you can provent disconnecting like a coward. Lol best way to stop it from happening for about 2sec. Makes you wonder why they even bothed playing a game like dayz

I agree with having loot on a % of zombies. But a big NO on military items on military zombies. Military zombies should only have no ammo or a handguns or anything like that. But have a chance of finding damage canteen, walkie talkie, bandages,map, compass, watch just small items other things would of fallen off and damaged as pockets rip from the weather exposers and fr been worn all the time. And civilians just have rags, watch, money (useless but makes you remember the pass) wallet, phone (doesn't work), a pen and paper and a note to love ones on it but very hard to read from been in the weather. But if this will make the game have less zombies and not as hard then what I said isn't important as I prefer them to be a big part of the game.

Drop bears.. Yes we need the Aussie drop bear in this list. Nothing worst then a drop bear in the woods you don't want to run in to one of them lol. dogs and cats what were former pets what survived the ones what could hunt for them selfs, and dogs could be in packs. Most dogs will scavenge to survive and even attack an human who is bleeding or covered in blood as they will kill to eat to survive.

When the sun is as low as it is in game, driving is a pain in the ass with the sun it's almost blinding, he is an kewi and Australian is bright as hell when it's that low. But it doesn't look that big so it's alpha I'm sure they will play with the sizing and the point of what the sun sits and the rays to. If we don't point these things out it won't change as the dev's won't see it as an problem.

You should be able to rip the pages and use then stuff them in your clothes to stay warm at night time, instead of an heat pack. An survival book would be good with tips to survive light how to keep a fire alight at night time, how to make a trap to catch a rabbit and how to catch a fish with your bare hands.. I really like the above ideas with holding the books and crafting a hole to place items in side for when people look in your backpack they could miss something small but is useful to you.

Do you still need to use the keyboard for anything like to chat or use your inventory? How to you pick up and drag items on to your back or craft rags and stuff? Sounds like if you can do this it would be an interesting thing to try. Glad you found this out.

Zero, I have 12hours of game time. I have seen about 20people ran around with some enjoyed my time talking to people and looting around, you learn a lot about the game talking to people and find cool things.

Hey everyone just want to know how everyone feels about the atmosphere in dayz. When I look around it is every empty it's very pretty to look around but something is missing. I feel like all the buildings are way to clean the chairs are standing up the houses look clean and it doesn't feel like the end of the world has hit. I really would like to see Dean an the dev's look at what happens with a fire in a building to see what the panic does with people running out for their life's, I dont mean burn down the place but just the whole chaos of packing stuff and running things would be every were. A lot of people wouldn't of made it so blood and ripped clothes in places would be good also having random doors smashed apart from zombies maybe some dead ones hanging through the door as they tried to get the people stuck inside.. Outside ill love to see a big stack of cars at a road block with some smashed up as well with bodies everywhere. Spider webs would be really creepy as well and some doors you open things drop on the ground like dean has wanted to add from sky rim it would really freak you out. What I'm saying is it just seems like you can't see any chaos to what happen and make the place feel so lonely and harass it looks so clean and perfect in some ways what makes you feel safe yet the game is everything but safe. The forest should have small camps in some places to Loot like it was an old survivor camp for people what got over run. That's some ideas they aren't great but would love your input in to how you feel about the atmosphere of dayz as you see it in your eyes even if you do or don't like it. Thanks for reading and sorry for the writing been everywhere.

Don't run on the coast you know 90% of people go that way, but still 60% won't stop till Cherno or electro. You would be surprise what you can find on the way. Just take your time it's not a race/death match it's survival what's the rush? Looting is a huge part of the game so always look around.

The sales of the duck off the Simpsons what was used to press the Y key will rocket up and sell 1.1million in 24hours lol. It would be a lot harder and I'm surprise no one has said this idea earlyer or Dean hasn't put that in game just to make it hard. I would only like the auto key if it was limited to a space of time say 120sec then 30sec you can't use it just like the logging out timer on the mod. -

Um have you forgotten one small thing with out power would you eat some raw old smelly meat? Doesn't talk long for a fridge to get really hot and smells bad when it had no power running... It only takes a few hours for an commercial kitchens fridge to start getting warm and we had to start using ice to put things on and have temp checks every 5min because the food will spoil.. I like the idea of having loot in things what you can open.

If the train is the end game ill like to see the tracks been able to repair the tracks and clear then as well, and have bandit traps like remove some track to derail the train. I believe the kos players will move on as the game grows with other games been release and dayz getting harder to find loot and more zombies been around and a lot harder to, they won't hang around for long. Dean has talked about making an existing building and making it your forte and I believe that barricades are going to be in the game within the next 6months, then more base stuff much later on as the game grows. Zombies will be in bigger numbers as the game gets more stable, but ill like to have the zombies been more harder to lose and kill its the core of the game with survival the rest is up to you. The day/night system you have suggested is the system they use in dayz mod origins and it works well as who plays 24 hours some people work and only play at curtain times but I'm not sue if dean will look on to this. But I like it the idea more players will stay on because they know its only a few hours. I would like the oil rigs to be in use in the game as well, and I big tanker out at see the one on the map is cool but ill like a big rusty one out at see on its side, or some underwater fishing and their will be fish living around the ship wreck arma 3 has the underwater in it so ill like them to use it. Just to use more of the map because the water can be a huge part of it like the movie water world But some really great ideas good their, would like to see dean use some of these to keep the life cycle of the game going.

Lol if they do that and I know they won't because its just a really bad idea sorry, I'm not a kos type of player just not my style of playing dayz but you need kos people to make the game hard and fun, but for your that one ill follow you after talking to you and you wasted all of your bullets take it of get you in my sight and bang your dead with your idea lol.. It wouldn't work it would make more kos you get sit in a bush with it on see someone take it off lock and load get a clear shot and bang more dead new spawns then you can poke a stick at
