Your aiming down the sights of your M9 Silenced, your cross heirs right on the back of the survivors head. The target only has a Coyote backpack and is shakily carrying a Makarov, and its evident he has only handled a gun a couple other times. So, a near empty inventoried survivor, with a nearly harmless civilian pistol, and an evident lacking of advanced gameplay. Without even taking into consideration that this survivor might have just found his first gun, and was just thinking of quitting DayZ because his first days have been a train wreck, now this little pistol, tossed into the loot grinding pile by most, was the one thing that kept him from signing off. No consideration. Instead, and a few muffled shots and a global death message later, you are venturing deeper into the city, not even reflecting on the kill you just added to your sunk humanity. ^INSTEAD YOU COULD HAVE...^ ~If you are TRULY daunted by the fact that the little guy might kill you later on, pump a low caliber round or two into his legs, commanding him to not move, let him pass out from blood loss. Then bandage up his BLEEDING wound, not the legs. Take his Makarov, and then give him directions to the nearest supermarket or loot spot where he can get his gear back/get better gear. Drop some morphine 5 meters away and you'll have made enough time to range some distance while he gains conscience, repairs his legs, gets back on his feet, and heads for the loot spot. I recommend that you give him a loot spot direction, and then yourself, to distance yourself, go the completely opposite way. ~(Way 1 Simplified) Knock the him out, take his gun, and leave a couple bandages and morphine or rough directions to a hospital. More savage but it is still better than pumping him with lead and decorating the walls with his brains. ~Have him go prone and drop the gun. Have him count to thirty before getting up, by then your spaced. Hoped this might help???

I have always had a stink eye for getting gunned down in whilst flying. -
I don't incorporate much strategy. Against a squad, its just who can maneuver their weapons better. Get in a high place and start raining fire. Like recently, I had a DMR and was in Cherno. Only around 30 people on. A group of 6 bandits, considered the [A6-0] Cherno Squad, and they had CONTROL over Cherno (I got in within 30 seconds). They where all packed in a Ural driving around, so I waited for the right time. They stopped in the city square so I opened fire on the car. I try to attack when they have only open space to run. I gunned down the driver and passenger, killed a guy when he was running and another guy who got knocked out as he was rounding a corner and died of blood loss. 4 down and 2 alive. One of the 2 alive immediately did a half flank and shot at me. I took him down, since (I guess I deserve some bragging rights), I am a VERY skilled marksman and combat initiative. I don't know what happened to the other guy, but I got what I needed. I took the dead guys gear, packed what I could into the Ural, and was out of there. All under 4 or 5 minutes.

Why do people cry so much when they presume on my mercy?

Then there is the vast majority of the mods population that pop you on sight. So walking up, waving, and being all "Salutations, here I am!" is the complete opposite of what you should do. These days, its you should run and hide, or stand your ground and fight. SOZ, but I disagree with this post. Not entirely! But mostly -
Hey standalone! Its gonna be great. Hey mod, I had a great time and all, so BIEEEEEE.

You gotta love Starry Sobor

I used to LOVE Stary. I have resigned a bit from the game (hackers infest the mod like flies on garbage), though Stary and woodland barracks just attracted me. -
People just dont do role playing anymore

RP is acting in a more 'as it would ride in real life' type of fashion. Lets just say, a KoS in real life would be a court spectacle. -

I admit, lots of dumbasses. I hope SA resolves this, this CRISIS! :) -
Sup... So I had an idea that went a little something like this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have received a point that in the SA there will be item degradation. So an idea popped into my head one play through when I was scourging a supermarket for snacks, passing by the abundance of ALICE packs just sitting there. If you think about it, the average well-kitted player in DayZ carries quite a hefty poundage in his/her traveling pack. Now it seems, in my mind, that SA is shooting for precise realism in quite a few aspects that were 'left out' in the mod. So, in all realism, it would make sense that all this weight on these packs would, after quite an extended period, would wear down the pack, maybe loosening some seams or creating thread tussles. My idea is after a while, and I really think it should take quite a lot of traveling, the pack would start to degrade. When it starts degrading, or reaches a certain stability level, it starts dropping items if you sprint, jump, vault, or make any other sudden or long-time movements. Any thoughts on this idea?
