    Why you kill unarmed players

I have yet to see proper bandit's reappear. It seem's every son and they're mother think they are a bandit if they just manage to survive the 'deathmatch' that goes down in the south. Really? It's that hard to 'survive' and leave an area filled with premature 13year old's, running around with their enfield's? Or dodging 'sniper's' who's been on the same hill for the last last two hours. And still haven't managed to kill anyone with their Designated Marksman Rifle's? Don't make me laugh.. True banditry aren't the thing's that get bragged about, not something you will ever see. It happen's where people aren't looking. You don't brag about betraying people, you brag about what you do with them. Giving them more reason to trust you as an individual, which is all just part of a more ellaborate plan to decieve him at a later point when you see the need to. All this 'I R BANDIT, CUZ I SHOOT NOOBZ FOR DEM BEANZ-YO' is just a child's excuse so they can act like a a douche due to lack of anything more original to do or think about. Just my 2 cent's, take it or leave it. Couldn't care regardless.

    CZ550 vs M24

I don't know where I should start with your post. The amount of ignorance shown is to damn high for me to even give a shit about. So to summarize. An 'Anti Material' Rifle, is a sniperrifle by the way. Just because Anti Material is infront of it, doesn't remove the sniping aspect of it. Saying that they can be used for diffrent thing's, and are ment for diffrent thing's is also a complete and utter shite statement to make. Just because you can read, it doesn't make you literate in what you are talking about. The DMR is not a sniper rifle? Are you honestly that stupid? The DMR is widen known for being the 'go-to' SNIPER RIFLE for the american police force. I wonder where you pull all this information from? Do you honestly believe everything you read on the internet? And you dare to say that MY very OWN list of preference in term's of sniper rifle's is wrong. Excuse me kid, but do you know me? Or are you just so ignorantly blind that you can't understand what you read? Do you even know what it is that makes a weapon a sniper rifle? I swear that if you are basing this on a military background. I am gonna laugh so hard, it's not even gonna be funny. If you are gonna sell my poorly formatted comment short, then atleast back up your information correctly. If not, then you are gonna waste your time trying to discuss this with me. There is a diffrence in thinking you know what you are talking about, due to literal means. And actually having the experience to talk about it openly. (I didn't want to do this mate. But you gave me no choice) -Zan

Pics or it never happened ;) Can't drop something like that here, without explaining it!

    DayZ: Namalsk

Currently I am unaware of there actually being any .50Cals in the game at all. We are finding ton's of M107 rnd's, but we haven't seen or heard the weapon yet. Getting kitted out doesn't take to long, when you begin to know the map. Moreover, for those who said that NVG's, and GPS's are disabled. You are wrong, as they are on the loot table, which is updated for Namalsk :) NVG's can be found inside the Bunker, and at heli crash sites. (That's where I found mine) Found a GPS in a tower aswell. The only thing I'm thinking is that Something need's to be done with heatpacks, or the way your character registers the temperature dropping. Using 6heatpacks while you are nowhere near the snow, and the Temperature is still blinking. Using a bonfire for 10minutes did nothing.. Ended up getting 'infected', and I now need anti biotics =p

I Can't Keep Playing Like This

I find this to sound quite heart warming. Not because I am a bandit myself (not the cherno sniping guy, or the stalk a guy witha helicopter, just because I can guy) But because you are starting to feel guilty after killing someone. If you never spice up the bandit lifetyle, you will end up like the people calling themselfs bandit's on Pl@net-dayz. They believe that being a bandit, is camping a bush at the north west airfield for 3hours with an AS50 and an L85, and killing people who comes in from one angle is all there is to it.. But then again, what more to expect from people with an IQ lower than a mentally handicapped person? I stopped being a pure bandit now, and I tend to let people live instead, and I even help them out. A fun thing to do, is help someone get a weapon. Then tail them, and see what they do when they meet someone. The last one I tailed, who I'd help get an M4 cco, he tried to help a guy, and ended up getting shot. So I killed the imbecile who shot him, and just took everything he had, which also included a white pickup, coyote backpack, gps, rangefinder and nvg's. I brought everything down to the 'bambi'(Thanks Frankie) who got killed by him. And that guy nearly cried when he heard the truck pulling up next to him, and hearing me asking if he need's a lift. And he got overjoyed that I brought all his gear down to him aswell.. He said he did want a lift to Berezino to farm Ghillie's and Camo's.. So I gave him the truck and the kit, and let him drive off.. There's more to the game than killing people on sight, just because you think that makes you any better than them. If you think so, then you are DEAD WRONG.. Ambushing someone makes you nothing more than weak, unless it's someone who has been proven to be better than you. 'Ambushing' 'Bambies' Like Frankie call's them. Is the lowest form of banditry, and I shake my head in disrespect to everyone who does it..
  6. People here are bragging Sacriel's squad up in the fucking clouds. They are good, but not as good as you are trying to make them. They have been cleaned out multiple times aswell. Most likely more than they have cleaned out other squad's. @OP You have no bragging right's for this one. 1. Your story has to many holes in it 2. You have been caught lieing three times while trying to defend yourself 3. Anyone who killed them, wouldn't brag about it. As to kill them, you would need to know what server they are actually on. And seeing as they cover it up, and use fake names ingame, even on their real server. You didn't kill them, and if you did, you would never know. And people should stop praising them as god's, because if you are anywhere half decent. You can clearly see how many mistakes they do, and they even admit that themself's. No offense to you and your squad DaSquirrelsNuts, I personally have very high hopes for you and your squad. And I know you are sooner or later gonna be used as icon as to how Dayz is 'ment to be played'. But there are still gaps in your defence's. May I say, getting wiped out up at the NWAF in the factory building? Not counting chips here, but I'm aware of who wiped you out, but in respect of the community they are from, I will refrain from mentioning them. As some of them play on your 'main' private hive.. *Offtopic We need more squad on squad vids from your group DaSquirrelsNuts Anyhow, that was my 2cent's on the case. -Zan

    1. The number of kids camping Nitija mountain and shooting unarmed survivor's for sport is to damn high. -That's what me and my 2newly aquired mate's found out yesterday. *(found one on the shore, and he was lost, so I took him into my care, and let him follow me around) -So we figured we would hunt the player down, and we ended up just scaring him the hell away, with a few gunshot's to the tractor he had parked in the tree's. 2. Server's running Namalsk should re-add the bandit skin.. (no need to create a new skin then ia. white camo) 3. Alt+F4 Script on this map, would decrease the shoot on sight ratio by A LOT. As every single place is cramped with zombies in town, so if someone fire's a bullet, he will get svarmed by zombies and unable to log out to loose them. just a few idea's there =p However. The food and water supplies need's to stay the way they are. Same with weapon's, and military grade loot. Just because you are finding load's of them, or little of them, doesn't make it unbalanced. If you are complaining about anything on this map, except for the few bug's that have been mentioned. I suggest YOU leave this server, and go back to Cherno. We don't need whiny girl's, who will complain and complain, and get this map tweakd beyond repair, and make it nothing more than a copy of cherno, with more loot, and less space to move around. So please. for the love of everything that makes this worth playing. Shut your piehole.. (That's to all the people who never bother learning the game mechanics, and only complain because they fail to utilize what's given to them) Don't do that again. (What? I can't find anything wrong with this post. Are you perhaps misinterpreting something? -Zan)

-mod=;@dayz;@nc C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2;Expansion;ca;Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -world=empty -nopause -nofilepatching That's what my launch option's look like, and mine works like a charm :) I believe that was a direct copy of my launch option's, if not, then i'll copy them when I get home.

ChrisR I saw a few idea's that might be viable. But some were just plain stupid, in and arround itself. Loot is fine, and because you were lucky and found weapon's everywhere, doesn't mean everyone else are. It's based on luck. I played for nearly 2hours yesterday. I barely managed to survive due to the amount of zombies, and supplies I managed to scavenge. And I went into every single building in the major city. Loot is random and genereci for a reason. No need to alter it, because YOU were lucky with it. Zombie spawns are fine, and there are a lot of open plains where zombies can follow you for ages. @Dunlopper You will find Broken NVG's, and Broken GPS's And there's nothing wrong, or weird about it. It's item's from Namalsk, not everything is supposed to be working. So no, you can't fix them, and you are better of throwing them away.

And that's why you don't play on official public server's :) I refuse to play on them. I only play on password protected private hives :)

So here are my thought's on the map, after playing on it for a little over one hour. Namalsk: -It's like a postapocalyptic winter environment, it's cold. VERY cold. Heatpacks are a must, aswell as stocking up with food, water and other supplies. You can say that it doesn't seem very diffrent from other maps, but this one has a twist to it. Your body temperature drops FAST. And generally. If you spawn along the shore someway, unless you are lucky, you will be running through the woods and snow for a while, until you come to a proper settlement, where you will be able to find heatpacks. I was playing during night time on the server. And before I reach the settlement, I was already down to 8k blood, and ticking down fast. Supplies are pretty scarce, so this is a true survival test until you get to know the map and spawn location's atleast. It also has another little twist to it. There are added and additional sounds you will hear. If you are like me and are playing on GMT+2, then the server me and fraggle will be playing on, will have night time when I get off work. Which makes the gameplay a lot more intriguing. They have added predator sound's, from the predator movies. A long with sounds from chernarus apocalypse and other mod's for arma. I was genuinly scared while I was running through the woods of Namalsk. the whole setting of when you enter a town, it's abandoned, it's dark, and you hear nothing but branches breaking behind you, screams in the distance, and the overwhelming feeling of always being watched by something from the woods. All in all, this is a map I will be playing a lot from now on. If you haven't tried it, then I suggest you do. Preferably during the night. -Zantiago
  12. Good evening ladies and gentlemen. My name is as the profile name states. I am a proud member of what some might have thought was a Squad that dispersed after the shutdown of the server's we were running. (Thank you again Bluefox for keeping them up so long) I am just here to state that the Squad is far from dead. And we are very much alive, and still playing DayZ. But you will not find us on any public server's anymore, simply due to the overwhelming numbers of hacker's and exploiter's. So we have moved over to a private Hive, which one it is, will be kept a secret unfortunately. Here however is a little tale of what happened the night we came back to the game after a shorter break. I was sitting around mourning what felt like the fall of our long standing squad, and I was tired of seeing something just wittle away and die. I went over to the forum, and started a post, mentioning that I had come back to play Dayz after a break, but was met with hacker's, cheater's and exploiter's on nearly every server. I needed guidance and help, I wanted the fight for survival feeling back.. I ended up getting a few PM's, and to the joy of my life. There were hope in the horizon.. If I left the social kvadrant I lived in, and moved to a private Hive.. So I got on steam and started spamming my mates, I needed them to come check this server out with me. After about 30minutes of chatter, thing's were heading in the right direction.. Games were being installed, and updates were running. And knowing the british ISP's this would take some time, so I went on the server while I waited, hoping to get some inside info on how the server was run, and who was ontop of the foodchain.. Well inside, and newly spawned I spotted something in the bottomleft of my screen.. Wait.. Is this?? SIDECHANNEL! This server had Sidechannel. Amazed and abit in awe I started talking to a few fellas in the chat, and all of them actually sounded very friendly. People asking for lift's to cherno, elektro, asking for chopper rides to the North West Airfield and such. I started wondering though.. Is there any bandit's here? Or would we be the first established group of bandits to set foot in here. So my curiosity got the better of me, so I asked.. Zantiago: So this seem's like a very friendly server =) Zantiago: But what of the bandit's? alot of them arround aswell? To which I got the answer, that sounded something like this: Bandit's are on the bottom of the food chain here, mostly because of the main clan, ruining all their camps with their chopper's.. I was to say the least, overjoyed. I got one guy in on the server, and currently we were only two people there. And we were not geared by any mean's or gain's. We all started out fresh by the sea. Looking for some equipment to start getting back to our old standard's. We managed to meet up, got some food and the usual survival kit, and started heading north. Having been all the way up to the NWAF, having no luck finding any high end military gear, or equipment, we started heading back again. And then my mate got an idea. The clock slammed 12.. It was in the midnight.. Yoko says: Well you know Zan, we could always go to the place which shall not be named. A chill went down my spine as I answered. Are you NUTS? You want to go THERE? In the middle of the night? With no NVG's, no flares, and it was pitchblack(read: no moon, whatsoever, so turning the brightness and gamma up did nothing for us) I agreed to it, so we went to The Green Mountain !... (breath's slowly) Rain whipping against our face as we are running through the forrests of Chernarus. Sweat is dripping as we close in on the mountain.. Shiver's starting to flow through our body as we are moving up there.. Slowly crouchwalking up toward's the tower.. It's quiet Yoko says.. To quiet I replied.. We get up, and we hear no rassling in the grass, nothing seem's to be moving up here. Not even a single hoarse groan from the inside of the compound. Either we are very lucky, and the zombies haven't spawned, or there are someone here who has already cleared the zombies out, and are now laying in wait. Or... <Gulp> There are something there.. But we can't hear or see it.. We crawl up to the gate, just to peak in.. Not a soul, living or dead.. No sound's, nothing.. Flies in the distant south west corner where the mass grave lies. This moment.. Everything seemed frozen in place by time.. I opened the gate and we moved in.. The UAZ was gone. But Yoko found an ATV that needed repair's.. I figured that someone had to stay back in the compound and guard the ATV. As we are new on the server, just getting a vehicle would go a long way in helping us establish ourselves. We agreed that I would stay back in the compund. So I crawled up in the tower and sat down.. While Yoko went off. Minutes passed by, without anything happening... When it finally hit me. It's midnight.. I am sitting ontop of the famous radio tower that is The Green Mountain <ALONE> Even if something happened, nobody would hear my scream's. If something happened, I would only dissapear, to never be found again. I started shivering even more. I could feel the moist air seeping in under the door behind me... I glared at the ladder.. Whatever happens. I was not gonna go down without a fight.. Grabbing a good hold of my M4A1.. Sitting there.. When suddenly a LOUD Crack happened, what seemed like right outside my door.. I jumped in the chair.. Do I dare opening the door to see what was going on? I switched my M4 over to full auto.. Backed as far away as I possibly could from the door. And then opened it again.. And as soon as I hit <Open Door> it happened again. But now.. NOW I saw what it was... Damn Thunder.. I shook my head, laughing a bit inside as I close it, and go back to guarding the ladder.. Minutes go by.. Passing the 15minute mark.. I start feeling sleepy, struggling to keep my eyes open when suddenly a large groan, and then my camera bumps as I turn arround to see a Zombie, 5cm's away from my face. Shaken to death, my M4 unload's a whole mag into the cavity of this poor dead soul.. Yoko end's up comming back.. Did you find anything? Inwhich he replies.. Well.. Both Yes and No.. Me sitting there as a questionmark, he start's talking again. I've been to all the shacks nearby. But i Couldn't find anything.. Damnit I said.. A tad annoyed.. But then he continues: But I did hear a chopper, and I asked in sidechannel who the owner was. Pretending to be new to the game, he got the answer's he needed. It belongs to a Clan on this server.. But it get's better he said.. I followed the sound, until I heard it stop for about 30second's and then dissapear.. And i Marked the spot I think it landed on with my GPS, so let's go check it out! And this is where thing's get funky.. We pay attention to the Sidechannel as we close in on the spot! We circle arround the area without finding anything, but on our way back to the NWAF after giving up the search, Yoko spot's something down to the right side of the mountain. Wait.. Is that? I look at Yoko.. A chopper we say in sync. We move down and what do we find? Ural, and Pickup truck. both are loaded with Weapon's, so we kit up, and check the chopper's condition. It's in great shape, but will need some fuel, so we take the Jerry Can's out of the truck and fill it up. Yoko, fly this thing north I said, and I'll take the URAL. He was getting desperate. His joystick was NOT WORKING! <I GET NO RESPONSE FROM THE CONTROLLER> Well fly it normally then? I suck at that.. Oh for crying out loud man. We need to move, they are on the shore picking up someone I think. They might be back any second. Yoko is getting stressed out, as he is manually setting the keys. I wait a sec and then turn toward's the chopper from the URAL. Aight Yoko, you ready? <Nearly there man, 2sec> And as he say that I can read from the sidechannel that they are nearly done with what they were doing down south with the other chopper. This could go sour so quickly, and we need to move now.. I'll start driving north, and I set off.. Halfway to our destination we can hear the chopper. And I stop the truck immediately and turn off the engine. I hear it circling just half a click behind me.. Shit.. I can't wait here.. Then I read this in Sidechannel: Unknown: So what are you guys doing up north? Just sitting in the forrest with your AS50's And me being my regular self, really couldn't help myself.. Zantiago: Hehe, no sir. But I do have a couple of AS50's in the back of this URAL I'm driving =) Laughing on Teamspeak as I said it, and then we waited. We wanted to bait the original owner's. Having taken all we needed from it. Including NVG's, we didn't care about it. And then we got our wish Clan Member1: That's my fucking URAL Zantiago: Is it? Didn't see your name on it mate. Are you sure? Clan Member2: Oh you made him mad now =) Zantiago: Don't worry. He will get it back soon. I just needed a lift north. Clan Member1: You are fucking dead, we are gonna hunt you down. Zantiago: I welcome the challenge. But why are you so mad? it's just gear, and you were hoarding it. It was bound to get found.. Clan Member1: That's not why we are hunting you down. Zantiago: Oh, then why are you mad? Zantiago: OH.. That chopper of your's? Don't worry. It's in safe hand's hah =) Clan Member2: Oh you made Clan Member1 mad, so now we have to hunt you. At this point we have already ditched the Ural and are on our way down to pickup our friend from the shore. We pick him up, and start flying over Cherno and Electro, passing the NWAF a couple of times. Having not seen the other Squad yet we are fairly certain they are on the other side of the map, so we decide to land at the North East Airfield and fill it up. Halfway through filling it, we see someone saying in Sidechat that a Chopper was spotted toward's the North East Airfield, so we jump in and fly to the other side of the map, and then start thinking. We should go and get our mate some gear, completely forgetting that we could have put some weps in the chopper when we went to pick him up. We went up to where I parked the ural, only to see it was gone like we suspected it would be. We left it so it was ment to be found, as it would stall them in the look for us. But now we had a problem Yoko said. We need to refuel this bird, or we wont be airborne for much longer. And we figured that the safest spot was actually the barn's south west of zelenogorsk. so we landed it between the barn's there, and our third man went into the wood's to provide some cover with his AKM. And as he reaches the treeline, we hear a chopper closing in. SHIT.. they found us, and now they get the jump on us, being airborn, and with nearly unlimited ammo for those Sidegun's, as it was a lot of ammo for them in the ural. We duck inside the barn, and start waiting. THAY ARE PARACHUTING down into the forrest I said on Teamspeak.. Oosk, that guy is your's. I only saw one of them Parachute in, but we will get to that later. I spot arround, not seing anything or hearing anything beyond the noise from the chopper that is circling us constantly. I then start scanning the horizon and see a head pop up in the middle of the field. PLAYER, west of the big barn, approx 250meter's +- out I zero down my AS50 and aim below his chest, and take out the first guy by a shot to the head. One down.. Check your corner's, we don't know how many they are I say. Then suddenly some bullet's start flying by us, and they are coming from the wood's.. Ooski pick's up the tail and comes in to flank from behind and end's up backstabbing one guy. Being low on ammo he start's crawling over to the dead body to get some other weapon of him. Then I hear another weapon go off.. I'm DOWN, I'm DOWN Ooski says. Guy in the woods, southwest of your position. Approx 350+- meters out. I didn't see him.. I wonder how he got spotted there as he was in the shades, but then I think I remembered the sound of that weapon.. Ah yes.. L85.. Should have known.. The helicopter is closing in and then start's hovering over the big barn.. Yoko, start up the helicopter, so we can bait them into thinking we will try to take off.. Yoko runs to the helicopter and fire's it up,and then runs to the barn again, apparently unspotted. The other helicopter start's putting holes in the unmanned helicopter. Where are they shooting from? you got a fix on that bird Yoko? The chopper is hovering above us, I can see it.. Yoko mumble's something about opening fire. Yoko bring's out his MK48 Mod 0 and slams 50+ round's at the tail of the chopper, and smoke's comming out of it as it flyes off.. PLAYER in the field.. Directly south of us I say. AS50 goes up, zero is up to 300 and I aim center mass. One shot and he goes down.. He is down.. Yoko: I need help, zombies are swarming me due to the shot's from the LMG, They broke my leg's.. Need help.. Shit, man. I can't help you. Just die and hope for a good spawn, I'll try and keep this sorted. I type in sidechannel. Zantiago: So who's next? =) We are having a blast here.. No answer. Yoko ended up dieing. Ooski died in the wood's. I was alone agains't a chopper, and god know's how many people on the ground. And then I sat there, scouting my corner's and hoping for a miracle. and by god did my prayer's get answered. Apparently they didn't know where I was, because they now came slowly flying in the horizon to the south west, and started hovering there. I have a clear shot of the chopper gunner.. And I need to take him out, as if I don't, he can parachute down and join the other ground forces. This shot needed to count, I zero my AS50 to 400, and aim at his feet. I shoot two quick shot's, one hitting his chest, and one in his head, and I quickly sweep right and shoot two shoot's toward the cockpit.. Just to see the pilot dropping dead out of it.. I grinned like I have never done before. I see the chopper go down, and end burn up in a fireball of flames. Zantiago: Who's next lad's? Clan Member2: Clan Member1 is :D I knew I was dead, as I saw a peripheral dot comming to the right of me(west of the barn) I open my bag, and drag out my M4A3, flip it to what I thought was full auto. Aimed at the door as it open's and unload.. Just to figure out to late that it was on Semi auto.. Well shit.. I respawn at kamenka and start heading back.. The flames from the downchopper is lighting up the whole map, making it looking so surreal as the whole forrest is ablaze. Yoko is right ahead of me, and we are nearly at the crashsite, hoping he wouldn't be able to fly off with the chopper. Yoko get to the barn, and pick up his gear, and I run into the field to see if the other guy bled out or what happened, i find a body, and me not having any gear i checked him for loot, and then I see the peripheral to my right(south of me), and I knew I was again dead.. Yoko, middle of the field, southwest of you, about 350meter's out.. Yoko waited as I respawned.. I SEE HIM.. He is down.. Good job man, grab the gear you can, and take the chopper down and pick us up... Yoko came down to Electro, and I was trying to get the gear out of his backpack, and then I found out I couldn't loot it. So I relogged to sort the bug out, and on my way out I hear Yoko going.,. Shit.. SOMEONE AXED ME.. I was like.. WHAT? I'm dead.. Or wait, I'm just passed out. He is trying to go through my gear.. Which immediately rang a bell with me. AH, he is one of the clan member's.. And I'm struggling to get inside again, and as I get in, he has flown of with the chopper. I loot Yoko's body and find 3 NVG's, MK48 Mod 0, take the gear I need, and head off to group with the rest. We still laugh about Yoko being our Heli watch dog while I am reloading the game, and ending up getting axed. All in all we were satisfied by the night's action. Recap: We found an ATV, stayed at Green Mountain for 30mins, Stole a URAL, Stole a Chopper. Played hide and seek with the former owner's of it, and ended up in a firefight that lasted nearly 45minutes. 3vs6 and we ended up becomming the victor in term's of lost equipment.. You know why? P'sst We found the chopper the axe maniac stole just the day after, and we took it back! And it still had my gear in it. I apologize for any and all grammatical error's and poor formatting. I just felt the bandit forum needed a tad new refreshing story. showing people it's still possible to have a lot of fun in DayZ, even if it's on a private Hive, and it doesn't involve any duped gear, or hacks. The people we fought turned out to be poor sport's when we thanked them for a great evening. But we later got to talk with them, and thing's were seemingly ok. And we still play a bit on the server. Interrested in rolling with us one day? Send me a PM, and I can check if our schedule matches yours. -Zantiago of U.B.C.S.
  13. It was indeed an outstanding night :) and thank you for reading the whole story. Appreciate it :)

    Sniper Clan Recruiting

This made me giggle... Reminds me of the guy who recruited to his "Elite" team that got shit on by 3people..
  15. Hi you all. Some of you might know me, most of you wouldn't, but that is besides the point here. The story begins with me quitting the game a few month's ago. Along with most of the people from U.B.C.S. Our reasoning was pretty straight forward. The whole survival, and scavenging part of the game has faltered beyond anything that's possible to come back from. And that's simply due to all the hacker's that pollute the server's, absolutely everywhere. None of the gear you find now, gives any meaning. It has no value. Perhaps if you are a new player, then ofcourse... Finding a dead guy in the maincity, with absolutely everything you can imagine is perhaps fun and all for a while. When you then do die, and go back to the city, you will most likely just find another dead guy with everything you need on him. giving the whole survival aspect of the game a huge bump to the head, and makeing it less sentimental when you actually die. You didn't loose anything really, except for the 5minutes you spent running about in the main town, till you found a body that had all the gear you needed to continue playing. This seem's like a rant about hacker's, and gear being to easy to find doesn't it? Well, it is.. D-uh.. Back in the days, you would be so happy whenever you found something better than a winchester.. I remember finding my first CZ550.. I was exstatic, quite literally... Now.. I can die.. Go into town, and stay there for 20minutes tops.. I will end up having some sort of .50cal, maybe a silenced M4, silenced M9, coyote backpack, gps, rangefinder's and such.. So will all that in mind, the game have pretty much died to me. I miss the good times, when I got happy for an upgraded rifle, or weapon. Now I don't care about my gear at all. I logged in for the first time in 2 and half month's yesterday. It took me 30minutes to get up to the NWAF. When I got there.. I had an Alice, AS50, GPS. I came up there, saw a squad of three people arround the firestation, and ofcourse I end up shooting their marksman, as I didn't want to get spotted. And what does the other two player's do? They leave the server, without even looting their dead friend's corpse. I spotted the location for 5mins, and they never showed up on the server again. So I went over, and checked the body. I weren't even suprised by what I found.. I'm willing to give DayZ a new chance. But I refuse to play on public server's anymore, because it's simply pathetic. So if you know about a Private Hive, password protected server, running the normal DayZ, and one that's constantly regulated, then contact me please. I am willing to pay a fee, simply to get the password to a server I know ain't filled with hacker's, duper's or any of the likes.. The reason I know these proper server's exist is through Sacriel, and OshiSeven, so I know it's out there. I am not asking for the info to what server they are playing on, or anything like that. But I would ask you so kindly as to share information about a server that is similar to that server. And in that nature, if anyone want's my gear. you have till 12 am tonight to send me a PM, with your skype/ts info, and we can meet up, and you can have all of my gear. Because if I won't be able to play on a server like mentioned above, I have no reason to continue playing this game anymore.. Thanks for the good times folks. See you in WarZ, DayZ standalone, or Arma3. Zantiago, Out.

    Survival Kit Giveaway

Yeah, except I tried Warz for 3hours. And the mechanics aren't tuned enough yet. So I will be staying on a private hive on DayZ.. Haven't encountered any cheater's there, and with the amount of clan's playing there. It can get really fun at times if you clash in the middle of the night.

    Average Age of a Bandit?

So much anger in this post. *Bring more baseless assumptions and arrogant replies please* This shit is like candy.. And if one were to take the comment's into account when casting a judgement on the average age. I would say that alot more people need to point their head's towards more of them being at about 10year's. Mentally atleast... Oh.. And saying there are "bandits, and hero's" in this game, is literally shooting yourself in the foot. If you mention that the game is about survival in the next sentence.. But that's just my 2cent's. I'll see you kids up at the NWAF, after you have gotten an AS50, Coyote, NVG's, Rangefinder's, Radio and a GPS from the main city, and then think you are immortal... Come up and play with us in the dark.. We have more than just lube, ducktape and cookies...

Is this what you call a bandit?

Stopped reading after the first post. It's the same, wherever you look on this forum. "I was cruising through the city on my bike, asking if someone needed a lift" -Someone respond's (Said person asking has to low an iq to even think that it was a trap) -Get's killed, get's mad, and yadda yadda yadda... Cries on the forum like a little baby girl. Sorry mac, but we don't care. However, what you said after your little rant, did pique my interrest: "I hope he get`s cancer or dies in a car crash suffering to death." That's a mature response, and you think people would back you up more from it? Don't make me laugh kid.. If I ever meet you in the game, I'll kill you on sight. As that is a severe insult to make.. Joking about cancer, and people dieing in car crashes? Over a fucking game like dayz? Do us all a favor, and get away from the forum..
  23. Uses a worthless quote to state the obvious. Proceed's to make a post on the forum, complaining about someone backstabbing him in said game. Interwebz, dey haz all the logic!
  24. I find this to be a rather funny read. After such a long time away from this game, it really does russtle my jimmies to be back and see such delightful banter. And all the 'pro'claim's of being an expert at something that haven't been out for a year even, and something that changes constantly, has tweak's done to it that intervene's with the general way people play it all the time, is truly a sight for sore eyes. In a general sense, the give a damn I once had, in term's og bothering to care for your statement is long gone, like with most people here on the forum. The factor's that are needed for 'YOU' to call yourself an expert in dayz, has nothing to do with how long you have played any FPS game mate. That is a shallow way to think about it, because this game is more on the psychological side, than any other FPS game out there. Sure. I can agree that having some FPS experience helps. But it all boils down to what sort of experience it is. 3year's of 'pubstomping' arround on modern warfare, which is an Arcade Game, wont do anything but give you somewhat faster reflexes. But hey.. Whatever game you played, I'm sure it must have been truly exillerating to make you such an 'expert' in DayZ. Just my 2cent's -Zantiago
