i have replied to the official bug report with my thoughts and some possible solutions to issues related to unconciousness, as i see them. please contribute and add to the discussion, but keep it constructive. preferably in the bugtracker, using the following link: http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=196#bugnotes

dean said he would love to add support for this, if at all possible. i think it's very likely to be possible, and i have a feeling dean's passion about this wasn't made up, so we really might see support for this at some point. although since this game is in the very early stage of open-alpha and the rift is still far from store shelves, i doubt it will be on high priority. the rift is a device with the main purpose to give the player a huge boost in immersion. playing on a server with 3rd person would definetly conflict with that, so play on the proper server, problem solved. (i have still some hope dean will remove 3rd completely - DO IT DEAN, I KNOW YOU WANT TO)

Server hopping is killing this game FAST

every server hopper i encountered with my group (SA or Mod) either died a horrible and embarrassing death, or combat logged in the instant. extremly terrifying and game breaking. for the server hoppers that is. have a heart! -
of course bootcamp works, it's just windows on apple hardware, which is fortunately compatible these days. used to do that on my imac, but since you can't upgrade an imac, its a terrible choice for a gaming rig. i learned the hard way.

i just finished looting NEAF, i have almost everything i want, and i finally reached "healing" state. my mate is already state healthy. this game is the BOMB. don't say its unplayable, you just embarrass yourself.

a database wipe will at least prun the clutter from my messy inventory. nothing wrong with that, i highly encourage frequent database wipes. it currently takes me about 30-60 minutes to gear up with everything i need. it's my honor to donate this time towards developmment of the best game ever played. :beans: :thumbsup: B) :beans: -
who will be at gamescom this year D: bring beanZ! i definetly will and lurk around the BI stand. so how about a dayz standalone gameplay hands on? :> like we had last year with the preview on the dog update, which then sadly never happened :( anyways i am pumped for what BI has in store for us this year.

i am shocked to see how fast and far progess is going with development already, i mean gas masks? can openers? freakin radio headsets? then again i can only put hats off to rocket for living his dream, climbing mt. everest - we are not talking about some random mount here... hopefully his experience will have some impact on the game. this would be awesome. lol, welcome to internet business. you can get scammed over everything online, why would that be different when it comes to game keys? but saying you can't buy legit keys online, just because you can't wrap your head around it, is simply wrong. thats all i am stating here. now to end this argument and get back on topic: @OP if you want i can provide you with some links where you can buy 100% LEGIT keys, pm me. -

sell the game, cheaper then the actual cd/dvd/retail stuff? apparently it works, and not only for games. you can buy windows 7 keys and download the image for the dvd right from microsoft. legit. i already bought a few games and other software that way. though i prefer the steam way because it's easier and i'm lazy. believe what you want. but i have no reason to lie. and i make damn sure to buy legit stuff, lol. and yes there is a reason: save money. if you buy just the key, you can sometimes save like 50% if you are lucky. if it's worth it when we talk about 15 bucks shouldn't be up to you to decide. -
him begging to like and subscribe isn't exactly helpful. you can suggest, like "if you enjoyed this video, please like it, thanks" begging never pays off in the long run.

if its all official servers, probs an temporary issue with the main hive, try a private server some month back we got that problem every other day, but somehow we managed survive. hang in there bro. -

no your key remains banned, have to appeal at battleeye to get unbanned (would save you the money if it was a false positive) your key is used to authenticate yourself on servers. the server talks to BE and if there is no issue, you may join. thats why you need to change the key in registry. luckily, steam will do that job for you. if you buy the key from somewhere else, you still have to convert it, because the key written in your registry needs to be encoded. good luck with that, no idea what algorithm they use for that. btw, since you use a new key, your character and it's inventory is gone as well.
