I am running razers gamebooster 3, and I see now that with the program running (realtemp 3.70) My CPU was at 96 degrees celcius at max O.o Shouldnt it be 70 max? -

But dropping from 30 to 6 FPS is alot, and I dont believe this is caused by overheating... My laptop is not even 2 months old :X Is there a way to observe temperatures on a win7 system? EDIT: I found a program called RealTemp 3.70 which tells me the temperature of my CPU. What is a temperature acceptable to? -

The FPS drops every 1-2 minutes, and lasts for about 10 seconds. From there on it goes back to the normal FPS for about 1-2 minutes, and then FPS drops again... I observed the resource monitor (tabebd out whenever the FPS dropped, and I saw that CPU 1 and 3 was set to "Parked", so i followed a guide online to set my powerplan when in "high performance" mode to not park my cores. This did not help the problem however... -

Hello all. I have been playing DayZ for ½'a year or so now, and never encountered this problem before. When I play (on every server i have played on so far), I get 30-50FPS depending on the mod, but lately I have had this problem; Every few minutes my FPS drops to 4-9 FPS, doesnt depend on being in a city or the woodlands, and no program in the background is eating off of my CPU. Here is my spec: Processor Intel® Core i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 6,00 GBAdapter Description Radeon HD 7470MAdapter RAM 1,00 GB (1.073.741.824 bytes) If any more specs are needed, please let me know (and I will need to know where to find this information...>.<) Please, I cannot go to highrisk areas with this :(( //Hush
