This is related to server side. there is nothing a normal player can do to fix it.. Like Rocket has said" new server side update out" server hoster need to install it so this problem goes away. some servers have done this so far, and most of them havn't. so keep trying other servers, and you will see it works if you find the right one :) -
maybe playing on blacklisted servers?

didn't no Recruit difficulty was allowed in Dayz! only Regular and Veteran. -

without Pics/Vids names we cant do anything. Also it could have been luck, that the first guy you shot noticed where you was. Because even when someone has his back to you, they can look behind them using "double Alt" or looking over his shoulder while still just looking forward. Just keep in mind that even when someone is standing forward, they can still look behind them. -

ya i agree with you dont get me wrong. there will never be a game without cheats, things create by humans can be destroyed by humans

ya but if server restart automaticly your banlist = whiped. only if you restart manually the bans stay. @Anth. i never said Dayz will do that, thats BattleEye's problem in banning the cheater noobs. not dayz. only said Dayz can fix exploits, bugs, and other small stuff inside the Dayz Mod itself

you never read the forums i guess. sure you know that in alpha use exploits, cheats, hacks etc because its pretty easy to do. But the Dayz admins read the forums almost 24/7 and gain so much experience from all our complaints that they're working on a lot of stuff. As for the banning, server admins can ban people, but the bans will be gone after a server restart. i believe bans done through BattleEye will stay, but iam not sure about this. just be patient and try having fun
