Alright well ill try my luck with HFB servers good support and service so far, but if someone with a hfb server could pm me i require some help, thank you

when i open the ingame admin section or use the chat command to log in it kicks me "Player bazzaro135 kicked off by BattlEye: Script Restriction #49" and my set time zone is -8 utc and its 2pm here(now) why is the server getting dark?

I paid for a US dayz server. When i look i have a paid for invoice but i have no services/products please help me -
My friend and I bought a server on july 11th and only about 2 hours ago, july 12th, 5pm pst the server says active but the information for the CP is wrong and when we try to recover password says there is no email/username on record. its as if the CP side of the server is not linked to our account. What should we do?

our account says the server is active but when we try to go into the CP says wrong info then we try to recover info and it says there in no user/email of that on record. As if the CP side of the account is linked to our account -
