Absolutely no base destruction, unless it is to gain entrance. 2. No PvP until you join an alliance. (You have one week to choose a side) 3. No looting locked vehicles in bases while clan players are offline. 4. No destroying vehicles in bases unless people are being hostile from those vehicles.
