    I confirm being unable to loot any gutted animal I killed with a melee weapon since the patch. Will try with a gun when I get the opportunity to see if this is the cause.

    I confirm there is probably an issue. Since the patch i've gutted half a dozen animals, boar, goat, mutton, cow, no way to open the "loot" and get the meat.
