As weedmasta and inforis said: You have to right click the crowbar to drop it. It has a specific drop functionality, and normal drop does not work. -

Can't tell if troll, or really a gir.... Newp, Reddit says there are NO girls on the internet. Disregarding that, DayZ gives you the option to choose a male or female character whenever you start a new character.

You don't have to drop your weapon: You can put it in your bag. There is a video on that in the GuideZ channel.

Not all servers require the BETA, and those that do not have no effect on the zombie's themselves, as that is up to the DayZ version. There is a "How to Lose Zombies" guide on the GuideZ channel.

You won't get banned if you run around with an illegal weapon. It will more then likely just get turned into a makarov at some point. If you are constantly found with illegal weapons, now that is an issue. Considering the number of "Q.Q I can't find weapon" threads, you should be in the clear. And if you need additional help check-out the GuideZ channel in the signature.

Factions! Awesome idea! Then, we can make Cherno a "Bandit" town and Elektro a "Survivor" town. With that in place, there will be magical barriers that protect one group from the other. Whoever is the faction leader group of the week get to ride rainbow colored unicorns around the streets, and DMR's rain from the sky.

I would say gun it into a town, you have nothing to lose, then live up north. I did this in the Quick Start Elektro guide at the GuideZ channel.

Hit F to switch between throwables and current weapon. And don't call them "stupid controls" just because you can't bother to go into your settings to check.
