I tried this yesterday, spent a good 3 hours getting pristine parts for my M4 had a mosin with LR scope on my back. Went and had a drink from a well when my M4 disappears although my character still has his hands in the holding weapon positions. The gun has gone! Bizarre but its alpha so I can live with it. When looting I found it a pain as I couldn't access any of my protector cases or ammo boxes when holding both guns so I took to hiding my mosin and retrieving it after a loot run. Think 1 weapon will be the future for me oh and my 357 for clearing houses.

I like to put about 5 protector cases together with a rotten kiwi and a can of pop in the last one, then leave it in an ATC or prison just to piss off the server hoppers. Got another one last night at NE AF heard him logging in downstairs while I was upstairs (I always close the downstairs doors once inside) Imagine his surprise to find a 357 pointed at him as he came up the stairs, he just froze. I did chuckle as I looted him for his 5 m4 combined mags and fully pimped pristine weapon.

This! Every time I go to Elekto I end up with at least two guys with axes chasing me at full sprint, they are fricking hard to shoot at that speed!

You can usually tell by the way they move if they are a threat, threat = shots fired but I try to interact. I did axe a guy to death who was stood still in the middle of a town and wouldnt answer or type then thought "I bet he was tabbed out and looking at the dayzb map" more fool him for not doing it in a bush ffs!

Mine was when I was looting the military base near Vybor, I had just done the second barracks and was thinking ok just the jail left and I can move on. As I came out I just caught sight of two fully kitted guys in gas masks and camo sneaking down the side of the building, in my head I heard the MGS alert noise, fight or flight time! I decided to take them on in the hope that a third wasn't pincering me from the other side I equipped my m4 and engaged the damaged acog I had just found, peeked around the corner to find they had kindly lined up one behind the other. I unloaded a full clip taking them both out, then ran for the hills adrenaline pumping waiting for the crack of rounds to follow, I don't think I stopped running until I hit Zeleno' I love playing this game as a lone player, every situation is tense when on a busy server and if you manage to take on a squad and survive the elation is unmatched in any game going.
