It's a survival game, what did you expect? Do you think that in real life situations every survivor will have a gun? No. Most realistic is to start without anything, since you're "new" to the apocalypse and have to work your way up, getting gear etc. It is supposed to be difficult.

@Disgraced: I know its in developement, who do you think you are? Calling me retard with other words. F*ck u man. If you even read my post you can see that Im stating its in developement and that in the future if it becomes a standalone game, stuff like this would be a nice addition, specially for new players. I simply dont want the mod to die, thats all, so you and your opinion matters equal to shit in my eyes, just saying. What do you even do for the mod? Have you even brung any ideas to make the game better? If not, then you along the others who hasnt, just shut the f*ck up, okey? -
They should make quivers with 5 shots that takes up 1 or 2 places in inventory, also as you said make the feather on the bolt blue, since that color is the least common in nature I guess. And they should really implement a scope to the crossbow, I mean how often do you have a compound crossbow without a scope? XD Scope costs like 10$ and the one owning the crossbow should have baught one. I guess.

Listen, I dont give a f*cking f*ck if noone likes this idea, It's still up to Rocket if he wants to implement it or not. =) Hopefully he will, just watch some zombie movies and you get some good ideas. As for anyones opinion, I dont really care.. I mean, why would I? I gave an idea and its up to the devs, not the community. I wont take on a fight against a fellow community member, since this is waste of time. But it sure feels better having people with you then against you but I guess haters gonna hate. If the ones posting ideas always get criticsm for their "worthless" ideas, then this game will stop developing, have fun, for myself I will just play the game and see what happens, I lost my hopes anyway and wont ever bother helping this community again, im off to NMRIH. And if someone will ever ask me if Day-Z has a good community, I will simply answer "Fuck you say? XD". I hope that was obvious enough for the tards.. Yours, Demnish. @Bossetti: I would love to see the expression on your face when this game hits standalone and after everyone baught a copy the community slowly dies due to lack of stuff to do or lack of roleplaying features. Keep that in mind, I have my eyes on you in the future, I want that laugh, your sadness is mine. -
This is a good idea to prevent those hard earnings. I support it, I just dont see why noone else does. This game really need more features and stuff to do. Just looting, shooting, running aint gonna cut it to make a standalone game, face it, this game needs more stuff to be complete. Else it will always stay as a simple mod. We want a standalone game, and Rocket deserves a standalone game. It's half-done, I volunteer myself as mapper, coder, modeller etc to get it faster done.

I dont know if it's possible but I think it is, making so zombies dont spawn within a radious of 50m from players, this allows for factory takeovers without unrealistic spawns inside the factory. And make so spawns never happening in a players vision. Things like that looks retarded. Just a thought, it may have been posted before but w/e.

Zombie bites should have a infection chance of 90%, zombie hits should have a chance of 33%. We want difficulty, have you ever played I wanna be the guy?

I also think that when you bleed zombies should be able to smell it from like 20m.

So if Im actually getting a server, paying for it and everything, I can't give room to my mates and such? I have no power on my own server? I'm paying for others? Sounds lik a little to hard rules, you should only apply these to the Day-Z's official servers. That's my opinion. -

Maybe make a timer so that you can't loot stuff within a certain amount of time after you connected, which will prevent reloggers that loots the same place over and over again. Making individual servers will be confusing, then you dont know which server you have a certain gear on, or if you play like 1 month making big efforts, and the server suddenly goes down for unknown reasons, then your left with your dick in your hands. But then again, you could make so that when you reconnect to another server you still have all your items but you spawn at a "respawn" point. Should be REALLY easy to re-code. -

Maybe being able to form a "group" in lobby so when you join, you spawn next to eachother or w/e. -
We have the runner, the hopper and the crawler.. But as I've seen it, theres only men. The zombies needs more skins etc. (woman skin, fat skins, annorectic skins, and 10 diffrent in each category (y)) In addition add a new zombie with shorter model which is faster than players and name them Zombie Kidz, who wouldn't like to be ambushed by little zombie kids when you walk through high grass or in the woods at night, in the towns, little crawling zombie kids, you wont even notice them until it may be too late. I would personally love this.

I personally think this game needs some more stuff to do, like making your own place, taking over villages etc, roaming zombie hordes, a little more Role Playing aspect. I do know it's still Alpha, but I have high hopes that you guys arent planning on quitting updating this game further and further. This is actually, one of the best games I've ever played and I've played all the old Zelda games.

Okay so my suggestion is kinda obvious, Since the map is as wide as 225km X 225km (from what I heard) It would be so much more awesome and so much more players if you ditched all the servers and just made ONE gigantic with maxcap 1000 players. Imagine playing with 999 other players at the same time on a big ass map, instead of just 50 at the top. Now numbers is abit exhagerated but you get the idea. I think this COULD give Day-Z lots of more players. Yours, Demnish.
