  1. I know Rocket is attempting to make this new game as realistic as possible, and has stated he will be implementing various "wear down over time" features. With that being said, in the real world I know the use of various painkillers and antibiotics require a great deal of water from the body to work properly or there can be unwanted side effects. My suggestion is in the event of using painkillers or antibiotics, there is an increase for a duration of time, in the rate at which a player needs to rehydrate.
