Hey guys i just wanted to know if anyone can help me. Im gonna tell you guys exactly what happens. Keep in mind this happens with 95% of servers i join. 1. i open Dayz Commander and select a server and when i do it says "Wait a moment." 2. After a short while it takes me to the Arma 2 main menu screen and it says "Connecting Failed" i made 2 videos to show exactly what happens and how it happens. Excuse the bad quality. I have absolutly no idea how to fix this. Ive even gone to the extent of re installing windows but that didnt help me at all. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Please i would really like to get back to the game i love playing.

sorry it took so long to reply i honestly had given up all hope. do you happen to know what ports i would need to forward? i don't remember having to do that on my old laptop but at this point im willing to try anything at all to get this game to work right. On occasion it lets me join a server once but when i leave it i can never rejoin. idk whats going on

Hey guys im righting this to see if anyone out there can help me. I used to play dayz mod on a laptop that i had bought around 2 years ago and i never once had any problems trying to connect to servers. Now i built a computer about a week ago and whenever i try joining a server it says "Wait a Moment" then it always takes me to the menu in the game and it says Connecting Failed. I do use day commander so i know the installation is more then likley not the problem. I also bought the games off steam so they are 100% legit game copies. I have tried uninstalling everything and re installing it to no success. Im not sure if i can post links in this forum because its my first post, but if you guys need to see whats actually happening id be more then glad to record it and upload it.
