    Yeah I agree I couldn't think of any symptoms to have! Maybe stamina would go out the window the more you smoke? That would be quite cool!

    I dont know if anyone else has thought about this but it would be cool if players were able to find and smoke cigarettes. For instance if a player had been shot at or has been hit by a zed. It could loose the shakes and make the player calmer, but this would also take a curtain amount of health off but not a major amount. This could be a very cool animation to watch:)
