    Hotfix Build 1.7.2.5 Rolling Update

    I think the release management is wrong. I think you have to see bugfixes and new features as two seperate things. Use the major versions to introduce new stuff AND bugfixes. Use the minor versions for your bugfixes only. Anyway, there must be a solution for those graphical glitches. So goodluck finding it ;-)
  2. @Xbgmegatron Klopt dat een grote groep beter is, maar ik ga niet zomaar met 8 man ergens aan beginnen. Wil wel de mensen een beetje kennen, voordat je het weet ben je alles kwijt ;-)

    Besides, the hyve shoudl check on distances before it saves a location of a player. That might solve the teleport issue.

    It's getting worse and worse... One of the reasons not to introduce the "20 seconds wait to disconnect" feature, is because of all the hackers. Whenever a hacker teleports people to one location, im glad i can disconnect really quick... I think the devs are really underestimating the problem. I'd say hacking and the graphical glitches makes the game very hard to play. - Hmm finding a short term solution might be hard, but maybe they should build some admin/log tool to scan the logs on suspicious behavior? - Invest more time in solving hacking issues, then introducing new features. - Since the arma dev team is creating beta patches, why not create a special beta patch just for DayZ to solve some client side hacking/cheating issues?

    Alpha or not, with more then 1.000.000 unique players, it is worth the investment to expand the dev team in order to solve these hacking issues? If only 500.000 bought Arma II just because of DayZ, that makes 500.000*30euro's = 15.000.000 euro's. Let's say bohemian gets 30% of that, its still 4.500.000 euros... I just hope they invest that money in a good standalone version...
  10. We hebben nog steeds een aantal mensen nodig. We hebben onze eigen DayZ server + teamspeak server. PM me als je regelmatig speelt en zin hebt om mee te spelen.
